ALBERGO AEGUSA. Ubicato nel centro storico dell'isola di Favignana in prossimità della piazza principale e del porticciolo turistico, l’Albergo Aegusa nasce nel ’93 dalla ristrutturazione di un’antica casa padronale di fine 800. Nel ‘99 viene ampliato con il restauro di un fabbricato delle tonnare Florio, realizzando a 50 mt. una dependance. Hall, Sala Colazione, Bar, Ristorante in giardino. Sobrio e ricercato, con il suo particolare fascino di memorie secolari ha 28 camere con servizio privato, TV, Phon, Telefono, Frigobar, Aria Condizionata e Cassetta di sicurezza . Il Ristorante Aegusa, segnalato nelle migliori guide enogastronomiche (Dove, Michelin,Touring, Gambero Rosso), vanta una tradizionale cucina siciliana. Nella sala interna o in giardino si possono gustare piatti tipici isolani a base di pesce locale da accompagnare con una selezionata varietà di vini siciliani. Lo staff dell'Albergo è pronto ad organizzarvi escursioni giornaliere in barca o nella vicina Sicilia (Trapani, Erice, Mothia, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito Lo Capo, ecc.).

Located in the heart of the island of Favignana, very close to the main square and the harbour, the Aegusa Hotel was opened in 1993 after the restoration of a historic building dating back to the end of the 19th century. In 1999 it was enlarged thanks to the restoration of an old site of the “Tonnare Florio”, which is only 50 mt away from the main building. The hotel offers hall , breakfast room ,bar, open-air restaurant. Sober and refined it has a special charme due to its memories of the past. The hotel has 28 rooms , all en-suite, provided with TV, phone, hair dryer, fridge, air conditioning and safe. The restaurant, recommended by the best food-and-wine guides, claims dishes from the best traditional Sicilian cuisine. In the indoor room or in the garden you can taste typical fish-courses from the local cuisine and you can choose among a wide selection of Sicilian wines. The hotel staff is at your complete disposal to organize boat-trips around the island or excursions to many places on the Sicilian Coast (Trapani, Erice, Mothia, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito Lo Capo, etc)
