L'Azienda Agrituristica Salemi è
ubicata nella verde e pittoresca contrada Leano, a pochi
chilometri dalla città di Piazza Armerina. Il casale
ottocentesco, oggetto di un accurato ed amorevole restauro
conservativo, offre un'ospitalità confortevole nelle sue
accoglienti camere climatizzate, tutte dotate di TV color e
frigo-bar, negli attrezzati spazi comuni interni ed esterni,
quali la piscina panoramica, l'area giochi per bambini, il baglio
ombreggiato dagli ulivi e lo spazioso cortile dotato di barbecue
e forno a legna per rustiche degustazioni. Oggi il casale in
pietra, oggetto di un accurato ed amorevole restauro
conservativo, offre un’ospitalità confortevole nelle
sue accoglienti camere e negli attrezzati spazi comuni interni ed
esterni quali la piscina panoramica, l’area giochi per
bambini, il bel baglio ombreggiato dagli ulivi e lo spazioso e
caratteristico cortile dotato di barbecue e forno a legna per
rustiche degustazioni. Oltre alle sette camere doppie, sono a
disposizione degli ospiti tre appartamentini con 4 posti letto
ciascuno dotati di aria condizionata. L’azienda produce
olio extra vergine di oliva di alta qualità e deliziose
mandorle. Particolare attenzione è dedicata alla cucina:
nell’accogliente ristorante potrete infatti bere vini
siciliani e gustare pietanze preparate seguendo le antiche
ricette siciliane, realizzate solo con materie prime fresche e di
ottima qualità, frutto di una ricerca enogastronomica tesa
a riscoprire le antiche tradizioni provinciali e regionali.
All’interno dell’azienda potrete nuotare in piscina,
fare salutari passeggiate, ascoltare buona musica, mentre gli
amanti dell’arte e della cultura potranno visitare la
famosa Villa Romana del Casale, gli scavi archeologici di
Morgantina, Piazza Armerina con l’elegante Duomo, le sue
innumerevoli chiese e gli antichi palazzi nobiliari o acquistare
ceramiche di pregio nella vicina Caltagirone.

The Agriturismo Salemi is located in the green and picturesque
district of Leano, few kilometres away from the town of Piazza
Armerina. Thanks to regular and careful restoration works, this
lovely 19th century farmhouse maintains its ancient beauty. It
offers comfortable air-conditioned rooms with TV and minibar, and
well equipped indoor and outdoor facilities, such as a swimming
pool with a fantastic view on the landscape, a big
children’s play area, a wide terrace shaded by beautiful
olive trees and a big garden equipped with barbecue and
wood-fired oven for delicious tastings. Traditional cuisine is
particularly important here. In our pleasant restaurant you will
taste our excellent wines and Sicilian delicatessen – all
exclusively prepared with our fresh, high quality products. Our
menu is the result of careful wine and food research aimed at
finding our ancient regional recipes. Moreover, you will have the
chance to taste our excellent traditional agricultural products
– all presided over by SlowFood. We also produce high
quality extra-virgin olive oil, delicious almonds and crunchy
nuts.

Das Agrotourismus-Hotel
Salemi liegt in dem grünen Viertel von Leano, das wenige
Kilometer von der Stadt Piazza Armerina entfernt liegt. Das aus
dem 19. Jahrhundert stammende Bauerhaus wird
regelmäßig und sorgfältig renoviert, um seine
alte Schönheit zu bewahren. Es bietet eine komfortable
Gastfreundschaft in seinen bequemen klimatisierten Zimmern mit TV
und Minibar an und verfügt über gut ausgestattete
Innen- und Außenräume, wie z.B. ein Schwimmbad mit
wunderschönem Blick auf das umliegende Panorama, einen
großen Kinderspielraum, einen von duftenden
Olivenbäumen beschatteten Laubengang und einen breiten
Garten mit Barbecue und Steinofen für typische Verkostungen.
Traditionelle Küche ist hier von besonderer Bedeutung. In
unserem gemütlichen Restaurant werden Sie unsere exzellenten
Weine trinken und typisch sizilianische Delikatessen probieren,
die nur mit frischen Qualitätsprodukten vorbereitet werden.
Unsere Speisekarte enthält Rezepte, die aus
önogastronomischen Recherchen stammen, die wir
sorgfältig durchgeführt haben, um unsere alte regionale
Kochtradition wiederzuentdecken. Außerdem werden Sie die
Möglichkeit haben, unsere typischen Produkte zu kosten, die
von „Slow Food“ anerkannt sind. Unser
Agrotourismus-Hotel produziert auch exzellentes kaltgepresstes
Olivenöl, köstliche Mandeln und knusprige
Walnüsse.

Le Gîte Rural Salemi se situe
dans le quartier vert et pittoresque de Leano, tout près
de la ville de Piazza Armerina. Ce hameau, qui date du XIXe
siècle, a été objet d'une soigneuse
restauration et vous offre une accueillante hospitalité
dans ses chambres climatisées, avec
télévision et minibar, ainsi que dans les espaces
communs à l'intérieur et à
l'extérieur: une piscine panoramique, une aire de jeux
pour enfants, un kiosque ombragé sous les oliviers et une
cour spacieuse, équipée d'un barbecue et d'un four
à bois pour vos dégustations en plein air. Une
attention particulière est portée à la
cuisine. Dans notre restaurant accueillant vous pourrez boire des
vins excellents et goûter des plats typiquement siciliens,
réalisés avec des produits rigoureusement frais et
de qualité, fruit d'une recherche oenogastronomique qui
vise à redécouvrir les anciennes recettes locales
et régionales. Il sera aussi possible de déguster
des produits typiques d’'excellence, protégés
par le mouvement écogastronomique “Slow Food”.
Nous produisons également de l'huile d'olive de
très bonne qualité, des amandes et des noix
délicieuses.
