Aguglia, una costruzione dei primi anni del 1900, è situata a 640 metri di altitudine, all’interno di una tenuta di 17 ettari, a 7 chilometri da Palazzolo Acreide ed a 20 chilometri da Noto. A mezz’ora d’auto le spiagge ed a 40 minuti Vendicari, Fontane Bianche ed il porticciolo di Ognina. Per gli ospiti è possibile disporre nel porticciolo di Ognina di una barca con skipper. A 20 km la riserva di Cavagrande ed a mezz’ora d’auto Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica e Pantalica. le caratteristiche e le qualità del nostro agriturismo: il clima, secco ed in estate, al tramonto, sempre fresco (non c’è necessità di aria condizionata nelle camere). L’eccellente servizio, con uno staff sempre attento a soddisfare le personali richieste di ogni ospite. Le 8 camere esclusive, tutte non fumatori, con ingresso indipendente dall’esterno, pavimento in cotto siciliano, tetto in legno, arredo personalizzato proveniente dalle collezioni famigliari della proprietà e con ampi spazi esterni arredati. Servizi in camera: minibar, TV, telefono, riscaldamento, bagno privato. Particolarità: Ricca prima colazione, preparata con prodotti naturali e di qualità;Sala lettura, con piccola biblioteca a disposizione degli ospiti; Bar, Giardino, Parcheggio interno, Servizio di lavanderia; Degustazione e vendita di prodotti tipici. Su richiesta alla prenotazione: Gite ed escursioni personalizzate con guide autorizzate;Biciclette; Corsi di cucina per scoprire profumi e sapori della Sicilia, realizzati in collaborazione con Chefs ed Istruttori degli Istituti Professionali Alberghieri.

Aguglia is 640 metres above sea level, in the middle of a 42-acre farm, full of nut, cherry and olive trees, 7 kilometres away from Palazzolo Acreide.It’s half an hour’s drive to the beaches and 40 minutes to the Ognina Marina, for the guests two boats with skipper are available at the Ognina Marina. It’s also 20 kilometres away from Cavagrande Nature Reserve and half an hour’s drive to Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Pantalica Nature Reserve. The features and quality of our country house: the mild climate, dry and in the summer, at sunset, always cool (air conditioning not needed in the rooms). The excellent service with a staff very attentive to satisfy the personal requirements of every guest. The 8 non-smoking exclusive rooms where great care is given to details. Each room has a separate entrance, patio and is tastefully decorated with the owners’ personal antiques including furniture, terracotta pottery and tools. The floors are made of Sicilian terracotta tiles and the roofs are framed with traditional wooden beams. The patios are fully furnished so that guests may relax outside in privacy. Room services: mini bar, TV, telephone, heating, private bathroom. Other amenities: A healthy breakfast is served in the breakfast room with natural ingredients and food of the best quality; Bar, Parking, Garden, Laundry service; A common room where reading material (guide books, pamphlets information, leaflets and local maps) is available; Traditional local products available to sample and purchase. On request at time of booking:Bicycles and guided excursions with licensed guides are available; To help guests discover the aroma and tastes of Sicily, cookery courses are organised in collaboration with the Chefs and the Teachers of the Professional Catering Colleges.

Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen separaten Eingang. Die Fußböden sind aus „cotto siciliano“ (Sizilianischer Terrakotta), das Dach ist mit Holzdielen und Sie finden auch alte Möbeln und Gegenstände der Familie der Besitzer. Einige Zimmer sind mit Holzemporen ausgestattet für Mehrbettzimmer. In nur 30 Minuten erreicht man Siracusa, Ragusa ibla, Modica und die Pantalica Schlucht, sowie die Sandstrände Lido di Noto. Das Naturschutzgebiet Cavagrande del Cassibile mit seinen Naturbecken, sowie die berühmte Barockstadt Noto sind nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Innenausstattung: Fön, Satellitenfernseher, Telefon, Heizung, Kühlschrank. Aussenausstattung: Parkplatz/Garage, Garten, Park, Terrasse, Barbecue.

Notre résidence se trouve à une altitude de 640 mètres, au centre d’une propriété de 25 hectares de terroir avec 11.000 arbres (oliviers, noyers et cerisiers). À 7 km, Palazzolo Acreide, une petite ville patrimoine de l’humanité selon l’U.N.E.S.C.O. et à 20 km Noto. Nos caractéristiques et qualités: le climat qui permet de goûter la fraîcheur des collines le soir (après une journée écoulée à la mer ou dans les sites touristiques); l’accueil spécial et raffiné que nous réservons à nos hôtes; les 8 chambres exclusives (non fumeurs); la proximité d’une des plus belles côtes orientales de la Méditerranée à une demi-heure de route les plages de Noto, Vendicari, Fontane Bianche et le port de Ognina placée au centre de la Sicile orientale, tout prés des principaux lieux d’intérêt historique, artistique, naturel et à une demi-heure de vecture: Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, la réserve naturelle de Pantalica. Il y a 8 chambres exclusives (non fumeurs) qui s’ouvrent sur un magnifique parc et qui sont meublées avec les vieux meubles de la propriété (terres cuites, outillage …). Le plancher est en “cuit sicilien” et la charpente en bois. Les places extérieures sont équipées pour proposer une parenthèse quotidienne en plein air. Dans toutes les chambres il y a: mini bar, TV, téléphone, chauffage, salle de bains très accueillante. Services: salle pour le petit déjeuner; le jardin; service de bar; parking; vente des produits de la ferme;…et, sur demande,: cours de cuisine; excusions avec guide; bicyclettes; un bateaux avec skipper dans le port d’Ognina.

Todas las habitaciones tienen la TV, heladera, telefono y calefacción. Tienen la entrada independiente del externo, pisos en cocido siciliano, techo de madera y decoración personalizada de distintas colecciones de los propietarios (conchillas, terracotas, utensillos y muebles antiguos). Todos los baños son arregalados en los minimos detalles: con los materiales, la decoración a los los adornos. A media hora de auto: Siracusa, Ragusa ibla, Modica, Pantalica y a solo 15 minutos de auto Cavagrande del Cassibile y Noto
