Nelle vicinanze si trovano interessanti località come Castellammare, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Segesta… La villa, circondata da un grazioso ed ampio giardino (4.000 mq) con ulivi, piante aromatiche ed ornamentali, dispone di una grande terrazza con porticato attrezzata per pranzi all’aperto (mobili, doccia esterna, barbecue, forno a legna). Gli interni, spaziosi e ben suddivisi, sono dotati di tutti i confort e arredati con mobili antichi e di buon gusto. Le camere, luminose e fresche, hanno letti comodi e tessuti coordinati. Comfortable villa situated in a sunny and quiet location in the vicinity of Balestrate, small bathing locality placed on the northern coast of Sicily, 40 km on the western side of Palermo. In its surroundings there are some very interesting localities such as Castellammare, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Segesta…The villa is surrounded by a lovely and wide garden (sq. m. 4000) with olive trees and ornamental and aromatic plants, it also has a large terrace with arcade equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, outside shower, barbecue, oven). The insides are spacious and well subdivided, have all the necessary comforts and have been furnished with ancient style furniture and good taste. The rooms are luminous and fresh and have comfortable beds and co-ordinated fabrics. The villa represents the ideal residence to enjoy the beautiful beaches composing the Gulf of Castellammare and to visit the most interesting places of western Sicily.
