costituita da un antico casale del 1788, oggi completamente
restaurato e riportato al suo antico splendore, completo di tutti
i più moderni comfort. Le opere di ristrutturazione hanno
lasciato inalterate le originarie aratteristiche costruttive
tipiche toscane con archi e volte in travi e mattoni rossi. Il
casale dispone di sette deliziosi appartamenti (di cui uno
attrezzato per diversamente abili) tutti arredati con cura ed
eleganza, ognuno con servizi privati e dotati di cucina autonoma
con forno e frigorifero, tv lcd satellitare, riscaldamento
autonomo a gas, camino a legna. A disposizione degli ospiti ampi
spazi esterni per il relax, parcheggio per le autovetture e
piscina attrezzata con un’incantevole vista sulla
Valdichiana caratterizzata da dolci e sinuose colline di vigneti,
ulivi e boschi. Un luogo pieno di fascino e storia che, in un
ambiente raffinato ed elegante, genera una magica atmosfera
onirica di armonia e calda accoglienza.

The
“Antico Podere”, Holiday House located in Valiano di
Montepulciano (SI) is a fine farmhouse situated in a quiet and
panoramic area that overlooks the splendid Valdichiana. The
structure consists of an ancient farmhouse of 1788, now
completely renovated and restored to its former glory, provided
with all the modern comforts. Restructuring works have left
unchanged its original design with typical Tuscan arches and
vaults in beams and red bricks. The house has seven delicious
apartments (one equipped for disabled) all furnished with care
and elegance, each with bathroom and kitchen fitted out with
autonomous oven and refrigerator, LCD TV satellite, heating gas,
wood fireplace. Guests can avail of large outdoor spaces for
relaxing, parking cars and a swimming pool equipped with an
enchanting view of the Valdichiana, characterized by sweet and
sinuous hills of vineyards, olive groves and forests. A place
full of charm and history, in a refined and elegant set, that
inspires a magical dreamlike atmosphere of harmony and warm
welcome.
