ITALIANO Il Bed & Breakfast S. Elia di Caltanissetta, una città nel cuore della Sicilia, si trova a pochi passi dalla città, in viale Luigi Monaco. Sullo stesso viale, sorgono anche l'Ospedale Sant'Elia ed il CEFPAS che ospita sia la Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia che il Centro di Formazione Professionale. Il B&B si trova all'interno di una grande villa, immersa in una campagna starordinariamente bella e varia, nei pressi del parco Dubini: la zona fu residenza estiva dei Conti Testasecca. Il viale L. Monaco è percorso da due linee urbane, n.1 e n.4, che lo collegano, a brevissimi intervalli, con il centro storico di Caltanissetta, la stazione ferroviaria e l'autostazione. Il nostro Bed and Breakfast offre ospitalità a chiunque voglia immergersi nella natura ed a chi ama stare all'aria aperta: è il soggiorno ideale per chi è alla ricerca del bello nella semplicità delle cose. All'interno della villa che lo ospita vi è un'ampia disponibilità di posto auto e l'edificio è circondato da un giardino molto curato, con aranci, limoni e altre piante che emanano i profumi tipici della Sicilia. Le camere, molto luminose, sono completamente arredate e corredate con elementi sobri ed eleganti: ognuna è dotata di bagno proprio, televisore e condizionatore, riscaldamento, connessione gratuita ad internet tramite wireless 24 ore su 24Sia la sala da pranzo attrezzata che il suo portico, posto proprio di fronte il Parco Dubini, sono a disposizione per la prima colazione degli ospiti. ENGLISH The Bed & Breakfast S. Elia is located in Caltanissetta, in the heart of Sicily. It's a few minutes far from the town centre, in viale Luigi Monaco, near S. Elia’s Hospital and from CEFPAS (Educational Professional Centre) seat of Medicine and Surgery University. The B&B S. Elia is situated in a very big countryhouse immersed in the wonderful Sicilian countryside, near the enchanting park Dubini, where, last century, the holiday residence of Count Testasecca was constructed. You can take the bus n. 1 or 4, to get to the town centre and to the railway and bus station, with very frequent races. Our Bed and Breakfast is the ideal holiday base for those who prefer the countryside beauty and want to relax themselves dipped into the nature and into open air spaces. Inside the countryhouse there is a wide space to park, and a painstaking garden with beautiful flowers, lemon and orange trees and all Sicily's scents. Rooms are well furnished, with own bathroom, TV LCD, air conditioner, heating and INTERNET FREE H 24.The terraces, with armchairs and tables are reserved for hosts in order to consent them to spend their sparetime in the total relax. The room-furnitures are in a very elegant and sober style. The sitting room, every day ready for the breakfast, is enterely reserved to the guests with its own terrace in front of Dubini Park. DEUTSCH Das Bed & Breakfast S. Elia befindet sich in Caltanissetta, im Herzen Siziliens, in der Allee Viale Luigi Monaco, nur ein paar Schritte vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das B&B S. Elia ist in einem weiträumigen Landhaus gelegen, das in ein außerordentlich schönes und vielfältiges Land eingebettet ist, neben dem herrlichen Parco Dubini, einst die Sommerresidenz der Grafen Testasecca. Die Gegend ist zu erreichen mit den Buslinien 1 und 4, die sie in kurzen Zeitabständen mit der Altstadt, dem Bahnhof und dem Busbahnhof verbindet. Das B&B ist der ideale Aufenthaltsort für denjenigen, der auf der Suche nach Schönheit in der Unverfälschtheit der Dinge ist, begierig ist, in echter Natur unterzutauchen und es liebt, im Freien zu sein. Die Villa ist durch eine Querstraße an der Viale Luigi Monaco erreichbar. Innerhalb der Villa besteht große Parkmöglichkeit und es ist ein gut gepflegter Garten mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen vorhanden und anderer Pflanzen, die die typischen Parfüme Siziliens ausströmen. Die Villa ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet, unter anderem mit zimmereigener Heizung, permanent fließendem Wasser und Boiler. Jedes Zimmer ist gut und komfortabel eingerichtet und mit eigenem Bad, Fernseher, Airconditioner und Heizkörper ausgestattet. Le site est bien desservi par les lignes de bus 1 et 4, qui le relie avec la cité, la gare et la gare routière à des intervalles courts. Le notre Bed and Breakfast S. Elia est le lieu de séjour idéal pour qui est en quête de beauté dans la simplicité des choses, qui désire plonger dans la nature et qui aime être en plein air. La villa est accessible par une rue transversale de l’avenue Luigi Monaco. À l’intérieur de la propriété il y a un parking vaste ainsi qu’un jardin d’orangers et citronniers bien entretenu. La villa est entièrement meublée et équipée et dotée de chauffage autonome à double alimentation, d’eau courante et de chauffe-eau. Chaque chambre est bien aménagée et dotée de salle de bains, téléviseur, climatiseur et radiateur. El B&B està al interno de un grande chalet sumergido en una campana extraordinariamente hermosa al lado del parque Dubini en una zona que fue, una vez, la residencia veraniega de los condes Testasecca. La zona disfruta de una parada de autobuses urbanos de la lìnea 1 y 4 que unen, en breves intervalos de tiempo, con el barrio antiguo, el ferrocarril y la estaciòn de autobuses. El nuestro Bed and Breakfast es la estancia ideal para quién està en la busca de la belleza y de las cosas sencillas, que le guste la naturaleza y el aire libre. El accesso al chalet pasa par un cruce de la Avenida Luigi Monaco con una calle transversal situada cerca de la carretera. Al interno del chalet hay una gran disponibilidad de aparcamiento y un hermoso jardìn con naranjos y limoneros. El chalet tiene una sobria decoraciòn y ademàs tiene calefacciòn individual (con doble alimentaciòn), agua corriente y calentadores de agua. Cada habitaciòn, bien decorada, tiene servicios en el cuarto, televisor, acondicionador y termosifòn.INTERNET FREE H 24Los tres pòrticos atrezados con mesas y sillas consenten de gozar por muchas horas la Belleza del paisaje y la templanza del clima.
