Il Bed & Breakfast S.ELIA, sito a Caltanissetta nel cuore della Sicilia, è a pochi passi dalla città, in viale Luigi Monaco lungo il quale sorgono l'ospedale S. ELIA, il CEFPAS che ospita la facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia e il Centro di formazione professionale, si trova all’interno di una grande villa immersa in una campagna straordinariamente bella e varia accanto allo splendido parco Dubini nella zona che fu residenza estiva dei conti Testasecca. La zona è servita dai bus urbani N.1 e N. 4 che la collegano, a brevissimi intervalli di tempo, con il centro storico, con la stazione ferroviaria e con quella degli autobus. Il B&B S.ELIA è il soggiorno ideale per chi è alla ricerca del bello nella semplicità delle cose, desideroso di immergersi nella natura e per chi ama stare all'aria aperta. Si accede alla villa da una traversa del viale Luigi Monaco con cancello posto vicino alla strada, in corrispondenza della traversa é localizzata in alto l'insegna del Bed & Breakfast che indica la via d'ingresso alla villa. All'interno della villa vi è un'ampia disponibilità di posto auto e l'edificio è circondato da un giardino molto curato, con aranci, limoni e altre piante che emanano i profumi tipici della Sicilia.La villa è completamente arredata e corredata, fornita di riscaldamento autonomo con doppia alimentazione e scaldabagni. In un angolo del giardino c'è un forno in pietra e il barbecue oltre ad un attrezzatissimo parco giochi per bambini con scivolo e dondolo; all'interno della villa vi è inoltre la possibilità di giocare gratuitamente a ping-pong, noleggiare bici (mountain bike) a prezzi bassissimi e nei locali interni vi sono diversi angoli lettura con tanti libri interessanti da leggere durante il soggiorno a disposizione degli ospiti. Le camere, molto luminose, sono completamente arredate e corredate con elementi sobri ed eleganti: ognuna è dotata di bagno proprio, condizionatore, riscaldamento, televisore, accesso gratuito ad internet 24 ore su 24 tramite wireless, armadio, scrivania, sedie e tutti i comfort. Le 5 camere del Bed & Breakfast si contraddistinguono in base al colore: azzurra, verde, gialla e al terzo piano della villa si trovano le 2 camere suite rosa e glicine che godono di una splendida vista sull'immenso Parco verde del Dubini, dotate di un soggiorno esterno con angolo lettura. Le camere sono doppie, triple, quadruple, e doppie uso singole, vi è inoltre la possibilità di aggiungere la culla per bambini. Sia la sala da pranzo attrezzata che i 3 portici, sono a disposizione per la prima colazione degli ospiti. Consigliamo in particolare di consumare la prima colazione nel portico principale, posto proprio di fronte il Parco Dubini oppure sotto il gazebo arredato con tavoli e sedie, per meglio godere la bellezza del paesaggio e la dolcezza del clima. La struttura è stata completamente rinnovata nel gennaio 2008. ELIA is situated in a very big countryhouse immersed in the wonderful Sicilian countryside, near the enchanting park Dubini, where, last century, the holiday residence of Count Testasecca was constructed.You can take the bus n. 1 or 4, to get to the town centre and to the railway and bus station, with very frequent races. The B&B S. ELIA is the ideal holiday base for those who prefer the countryside beauty and want to relax themselves dipped into the nature and into open air spaces. Inside the Countryhouse there is a wide space to park, and a painstaking garden with beautiful flowers, lemon and orange trees and all Sicily's scents.There is also the playground for the children very furnished with slide and swing. La zona disfruta de una parada de autobuses urbanos de la lìnea 1 y 4 que unen, en breves intervalos de tiempo, con el barrio antiguo, el ferrocarril y la estaciòn de autobuses.El nuestro Bed and Breakfast es la estancia ideal para quién està en la busca de la belleza y de las cosas sencillas, que le guste la naturaleza y el aire libre.
