L'Agriturismo Borgo San Vincenzo è
sito a Zafferana Etnea nel versante orientale dell’Etna. Le
strutture che costituiscono il borgo consistono nel vecchio
palmento e cantina di un azienda viticola di famiglia che
produceva vini rossi dell'Etna, negli antichi fabbricati ancora
utilizzati per la gestione delle attività agricole, nella
casa signorile dove risiedono i proprietari e nella piccola
chiesa di San Vincenzo fin dalla fine del '700 luogo di culto
della comunità di Sarro. L'agriturismo è dotato di
quattro nuove e comode camere, da due posti letto ciascuna che
permettono di accogliere fino a 12 ospiti. E’ consentita
l’accoglienza anche ad animali da compagnia. Ogni camera
dell'Agriturismo è fornita di bagno e si affaccia sul
parco progettato e curato rispettando il paesaggio e le
tradizioni locali e sulla campagna circostante coltivata a
frutteto, oliveto e al bosco di castagni e querce
dell’Etna. Escursioni e Dintorni: al crocevia dei maggiori
punti di interesse della Sicilia orientale, il Borgo San Vincenzo
può essere il punto di partenza per piacevoli escursioni:
l'incantevole città di Taormina, l’Etna con i suoi
paesaggi mozzafiato, Acireale città del barocco etneo, le
spettacolari Gole del Fiume Alcantara, la tradizione
enogastronomica dei paesi di Castiglione di Sicilia "città
del vino" e Randazzo, Riposto il Porto dell’ETNA, la
Riserva Marina dell’isola dei Ciclopi (Acicastello), la
Riserva RNO “Isola Bella” di Taormina. La vicinanza
con l'autostrada consente inoltre non solo di raggiungere in
mezz'ora il centro storico di Catania con i suoi locali notturni
e la sua intensa attività culturale, ma anche di
effettuare escursioni giornaliere in tutte le città e i
siti archeologici della costa ionica e dell'entroterra siciliano.

Situated on the eastern slopes of Etna, Borgo
San Vincenzo retains all the typical charming contrasts of this
volcanic area. The rock, hard and black, and the arid soil
alternates the lush vegetation, the simplicity of the
architectural style combines the use of traditional materials. It
is newly refurbished but maintains the authenticity of the
refined culture and traditions of the area. Borgo San Vincenzo is
composed of several buildings: the old millstone and a cellar
where the family was used to produce red wines, the ancient
buildings for the management of agricultural activities, the
mansion, which is inhabited by the owners and the small church of
San Vincent that, since the end of the ‘700, has been
considered a place of worship by the community of Sarro, a small
village that lies nearby. The peaceful and relaxing garden
gradually turns into the the typical ornamental terraces where
luxariant orchards and olive trees grow. The farmhouse is also
surrounded by chestnut and oak trees. Accomodation Borgo San
Vincenzo has four comfortable rooms, each one has two beds. It
can accommodate up to 12 guests. Pets are allowed. Each room is
equipped with bathroom, TV and heating. All the rooms overlook
the park and the surrounding countryside with a wonderful view to
the sea. Trips Around At the crossroads of the most interesting
places of eastern Sicily, Borgo San Vincenzo can be the starting
point for excursions: the charming town of Taormina, Mount Etna
with its breathtaking scenery, the baroque town of Acireale, the
spectacular gorges of the Alcantara River, the gastronomic
traditions of Randazzo and Castiglione di Sicilia, which is
famous for its wines, Riposto the “Port of Etna”, the
marine reserve on the island of the Cyclops (Acicastello), the
reserve of "Isola Bella” in Taormina.

Situé sur le versant oriental de l’Etna, le Bourg
San Vincenzo est un endroit qui a gardé le charme typique
des paysages volcaniques aux contrastes marqués : à
la roche noire et dure aux terres pauvres, succède la
végétation luxuriante de la terre savamment
cultivée. Au cœur du bourg, le vieux palmento et le
cellier d’une entreprise viticole familiale qui produisait
des vins rouges, les anciennes constructions encore
utilisées pour les activités agricoles, la demeure
seigneuriale où résident les propriétaires
et enfin la petite église de San Vincenzo, lieu de culte
de la communauté de Sarro depuis la fin de l’an 700
jusqu’à nos jours. A la simplicité du style
architectural de la maison, lors de la dernière
restauration, on a ajouté l’utilisation de
matériaux traditionnels mais de valeur qui, ont enrichi la
décoration intérieure tout en maintenant
l’authenticité de la culture et des traditions du
lieu. Les chambres L’agritourisme Bourg San Vincenzo
comporte quatre belles chambres, avec deux lits chacune qui
peuvent accueillir jusqu’à douze personnes. On
accepte aussi les animaux de compagnie. Chaque chambre a une
salle de bain et un appareil à air conditionné.
Elles donnent sur le parc et sur la campagne environnante avec
une vue splendide jusqu’à la mer. Excursions et
environs Au croisement des principaux centres
d’intérêt de la Sicile orientale, le Bourg San
Vincenzo peut être le point de départ de belles
excursions, par exemple pour la ville enchanteresse de Taormina,
l’Etna avec ses paysages à couper le souffle,
Acireale cité du baroque etnéen, les spectaculaires
gorges du fleuve Alcantara, les pays de Castiglione «
cité du vin » avec leurs traditions
oeno-gastronomiques, Randazzo, Riposto, port de l’Etna ; on
peut visiter aussi la réserve Marine de l’île
des Cyclopes (Acicastello), la réserve « Isola bella
» de Taormina.
