ITALIANO La Masseria Carminello si trova a Valverde, a 10 Km. da Catania, in una silenziosa oasi di natura protetta; è un antico palmento recentemente ristrutturato, ubicato in un’area collinare panoramicissima a metà strada tra il mare e l’Etna. E’dunque un ideale punto di partenza per compiere escursioni nella Sicilia orientale anche perché è a soli 4 km dal casello per l’autostrada A18 che permette di raggiungere facilmente importanti centri turistici, archeologici e culturali quali Acireale, Taormina, Siracusa, Caltagirone, Parco dell'Etna ecc. Il mare di acitrezza è poi a soli 10 minuti d'auto. ENGLISH Masseria Carminello is situated in Valverde, 10 km from Catania, a quiet oasis of protected nature. It is a recently converted building originally used for grape-pressing, situated in a panoramic, hilly area halfway between Etna and the sea. This makes it the ideal starting point for trips around Eastern Sicily, also because it is only 4km from the S. Gregorio entrance to the A18 motorway, giving easy access to important tourist, archeological and cultural sites such as Acireale, Taormina, Siracusa, Caltagirone, etc. The farmhouse buildings are a reminder of the old agricultural occupation of the property which cultivated vines. The building was constructed in perfect harmony with the architectural canons of the ionic-etna area as regards vineyards. Both the building materials (lava stone) and the organisation of the business reflect the cultural influences of Eastern Sicily. The following services are offered: FLATS: Fully-furnished flats with 2, 3 or 4 beds, all with kitchen, bathroom, terrace and colour television. DEUTSCH Das Ferienhaus "Masseria Carminello" liegt 10 km von Catania, 350m über dem Meeresspiegel, in einer geschützten Naturort, in einen umgebauten Weinkeller aus dem 19.Jahrhundert. Die Anlage ist von 10 Hektar Wald, von kirschen und Zitronen baumen, umgeben. Liegt gans in der nehe das barock von Catania, die zum Teil aus der grechesch-römischen Zeit stammen. Sie befinden sich außerdem in Reichweite der anderen historischen Städte von Sizielien (Acireale ist nur 8 km entfernt, Aci Castello 6 km, der nationalpark Etna, 9 km) und einiger der weltberühmtesten Städte Zentralitaliens: Taormina (60 km) Messina (80 km) Siracusa (75 km) Palermo (184 km). • WOHNUNGEN: Für 2,3,4 Gäste, alle mit Farbfernseher und küchenecke. • PARKPLATZ: nahe der Anlage, immer geöffnet. • HAUSTIERE: Nicht erlaubt • Es besteht die Moglichkeit die freiezeit in der nahe mit tennis or golf reitsport, oder trekking zu verbringen. |

Elle est obtenue d’un ancien bâtiment agricole où on produisait du vin de façon artisanal et qui a été entièrement restructuré tout récemment. Elle est situé dans une région de colline très panoramique à mi-chemin entre la mer et l'Etna. Elle est le point de départ idéal pour des excursions dans la Sicile orientale. En effet elle se trouve à 4 km de l'autoroute A18, péage de S. Gregorio, ce qui vous permet d’atteindre facilement des centres touristiques, archéologiques et culturels comme Acireale, Taormina, Siracusa,Caltagirone,etc. Les bâtiments de notre agritourisme témoignent l'ancien utilisation du domaine qui était jadis cultivé en vignoble. L'édifice a été construit en parfaite harmonie avec les canons architectoniques de la région ionique et de la région de l'Etna. Les matériaux de construction (pierre lavique) aussi bien que les systèmes d'organisation de l’exploitation reflètent les influences culturelles de la Sicile orientale. Los edificios y las estructuras utilizadas para nuestro turismo rural quedan como testigo de la antigua utilización para cultivos a viñedo.
