ENGLISH Our farmhouse is an ideal starting point for unforgettable day-trips to many places of cultural and historical interest and to the Nature Reserves of western Sicily, so you can alternate between days spent walking or relaxing in the beautiful countryside dotted with small villages, farms and medieval castles, and excursions by sea and by land to explore the scenic coastline. ‘Baglio Case Colomba’ is situated in the hills of western Sicily. In ancient times, the road linking the important Elymian cities of Erice and Segesta passed through the area. The rustic farmhouse, built around a courtyard, dates from the end of the nineteenth century. Despite recent renovations, all of its original features have been preserved intact. The property is surrounded by lush orchards that produce a variety of fruits all year round. Fresh farm produce can also be bought from neighbouring houses. In the house, you’ll find a wide variety of information giving details of possible day trips. |
DEUTSCH Das „Baglio Case Colomba“ ist ein erst vor kurzem renoviertes Landhaus,das Anfang 1900 gebaut wurde. Das Gebäude wurde nach der Renovierung so aufgeteilt: 1-Zimmer-Appartments mit 3 Betten oder 2-Zimmer-Appartments mit 4 Betten. Beide Lösungen mit eigener Dusche/WC und freie Benützung der gemeinsamen großen Küche im Hauptgebäude. Das Landhaus liegt inmitten eines schönen Obstgartens, umgeben von der wunderschönen und unberührten Landschaft der Provinz Trapani, nicht weit von den kleinen ländlichen Ortschaften der Gegend, die auch sehr gute Restaurants und all die anderen Dienstleistungen bieten. Dank Ihrer optimalen Lage kann man von „Case Colomba“ aus all die bekanntesten und sehenwürdigsten Ziele Siziliens schnell erreichen: Erice, Segesta, Trapani und seine Salinen, Paceco, die Egadischen Insel, Insel Mothia oder die „Isole dello Stagnone“, Selinunte, das Belice-Tal, das Naturreservat „Zingaro“ usw. Agrigento und Palermo sind auch nur eine Autostunde von dort entfernt.
