Un luogo di charme ideale per vivere un’elegante ma autentica atmosfera di vita campestre siciliana… Parco Cavalonga Resort è immerso in un ricco e suggestivo paesaggio di ulivi e carrubi centenari, nel cuore della provincia Iblea, patrimonio dell’UNESCO. Nei dintorni si trovano splendide cittadine barocche come Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Noto ed importanti siti archeo-naturalistici: Cava d’Ispica, Oasi di Vendicari, Kamarina. Il resort, incorniciato dai caratteristici muretti a secco, si trova all’interno di un parco naturale di 18 ettari nel quale le architetture sapientemente recuperate si inseriscono armonizzandosi perfettamente nella spontanea macchia mediterranea e nella campagna circostante. A disposizione degli ospiti ampi spazi attrezzati e la splendida piscina di forma irregolare (m 8,50 x m 17,00 - profondità min. m 1,10 max m. 2,30 - in funzione dal 31 Marzo al 27 Ottobre) circondata da un’ampia terrazza-solarium attrezzata con mobili da giardino. L’ospitalità è offerta in due splendide dimore dei primi del ‘900 restaurate e suddivise in cinque eleganti e confortevoli appartamenti, ciascuno diverso per originalità e cura dei dettagli. Un ulteriore appartamento è riservato a un custode discreto che, senza invadere la privacy degli ospiti, provvede alla manutenzione del parco e della piscina. La valorizzazione degli spazi esterni attraverso corti chiuse nel modello dell’antico baglio siciliano e terrazze protese sulla sottostante campagna, garantiscono privacy ed intimità a ciascun alloggio. Resort of charm ideal to experience either an elegant and authentic atmosphere peculiar to the Sicilian rural life…Parco Cavalonga Resort is immerged into a luxuriant and suggestive landscape characterized by hundred-year-old olive and carob trees, right in the core of the province of Ibla, heritage of UNESCO. In its outskirts there are marvellous baroque small towns such as Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Noto and important archaeological sites: Cava d’Ispica (Quarry of Ispica), Oasi di Vendicari (Oasis of Vendicari), Kamarina. The resort, framed by the peculiar dry-walls, is located inside of a 18 hectare natural park whose original architectures have been wisely restored, thus inserting themselves and perfectly harmonizing to the spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation and to the countryside around. Wide equipped zones and a beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool (m 8,50 x m 17 - Min. depth: m 1,10 / Max. depth: m 2,30 - functioning from 31st March to 27th October) - surrounded by a large solarium-terrace equipped with garden furniture - are at the guests’ disposal. The hospitality is offered in two splendid dwellings dating back to the early 20th century which have been restored and subdivided into five comfortable and elegant apartments, each one distinguishing from the others because of its own originality and care for details. A further apartment is reserved for the real estate’s keeper who is a discreet person and - without invading the privacy of the guests - takes care of the park and the pool. The exploitation of the outside spaces through enclosed courtyards - according to the typical model of the Sicilian ancient baglio (courtyard) - and terraces outstretched on the countryside below ensure privacy and intimacy to each single lodging.
