ITALIANO Villa Le Clementine è situata in un oasi di pace e benessere, nel mezzo di un agrumeto alle pendici dell'Etna con una stupenda vista del mare che si estende da Catania a Taormina. Posizione privilegiata per raggiungere le principali località turistiche della Sicilia orientale Villa d'epoca, primi 900 con 12 ht di terreno in parte coltivato a clementine. Ma la caratteristica che entusiasma tutti gli ospiti è la posizione strategica tra mari e monti. Possiamo dire che ha una visuale a 180° si vede tutta la costa tra Catania e Taormina e sul retro della Villa si vede il Vulcano. Tutta la casa principale come le camere sono state ristrutturate mantenendo le caratteristiche tipiche delle case padronali Siciliane, soffitti a volta, pavimenti in cotto,arredata con ottimo gusto, sopratutto creando nel parco angoli con tavolini e sedie in ferro battuto, amache, sdraio dove gli ospiti possono trovare i loro spazi per rilassarsi e contemplare la natura.Le Clementine è un oasi di pace e benessere. IL parco è stupendo,molto curato l'ingresso ricavato su una colata lavica,ricoperta di ginestre e piante grasse. I viali nel parco sono fiancheggiati da alti pini,castagni,ciliegi,fiche, gelsi e l'agrumeto che degrada verso il mare. Organizziamo escursioni, anche private sull'Etna con partenza e ritorno dalla Villa, Canyoning alle gole dell'Alcantara. Per gli appassionati di golf, siamo vicini al "Picciolo" per il momento unico campo a 18 buche della Sicilia. organizziamo uscite in barca e per gli amanti della pesca,sia in mare che nel fiume. La tenuta è all'interno del Parco dell'Etna, distante dal mare circa 8 Km. Siamo a circa 15 Km da Catania e da Taormina Nel parco c'è una minipiscina con idromassaggio, aromaterapia e cromoterapia. CASA VACANZA Se siete un gruppo di amici e volete affittare tutta la casa. Vi sentirete come i personaggi del gattopardo. La Villa principale per 10/15 persone composta da 13 vani: 5 camere da letto di cui 2 matrimoniali e le altre sono delle suite con una camera matrimoniale e un salotto con 1 o 2 letti. cucina indipendente, sala da pranzo, sala TV sat, studio, lavanderia, 4 bagni con doccia, 1 sala da bagno con vasca e doccia, 1 bagno di servizio. Oppure Una casa rurale appena ristrutturata (dependance della villa principale)per 4/5 persone composto da: 2 camere da letto mansardate con aria condizionata e riscaldamento, cucina, salotto con televisione,bagno con doccia, phon. Entrambe le case vengono affittate per 1 settimana min. Sono completamente accessoriate e vengono fornite con 1 cambio di biancheria. (Pulizia esclusa, viene fornita su vostra richiesta) BED & BREAKFAST*** Le suite della villa vengono offerte anche con servizio di bed & breakfast. Le suite di circa 40mq sono composte da:camera matrimoniale o doppia con annesso soggiorno con 1 o 2 letti, frigobar, TV, climatizzatore, bagno privato e terrazza con vista mare, attrezzata di tavolino sedie e sdraio. Ogni camera ha l'ingresso indipendente,separato dalle altre stanze da divisori di gelsomino e bouganville. Il salotto è già predisposto per poter usufruire di 1 o 3 letti in più. Alcune camere hanno un angolo cottura attrezzato di stoviglie. Il servizo comprende la pulizia giornaliera della camera, cambio di lenzuola, colazione sotto il gazebo nella terrazza superiore. |

Nous avons 3 différenux possibilité d'hospitalité : MAISON DE VACANCES Une maison rurale à peine restructurée (dependance de la villa principale) pour 4/5 personnes composé de : 2 chambres de lit mansardate avec air conditionné et chauffage, cuisine salon avec télévision, salle de baigne avec douche, phon. Change hebdomadaire des draps. Le prix de location pour 1 semaine est de650/950.00 exclu du chauffage et la nettoyer final. Si vous ete en plusier personnes vous pouvez louer La Villa pour 10/15 personnes composée de 13 pièces : 5 chambres de lit dont les 2 matrimoniaux et autres sont de la suite avec une chambre matrimoniale et un salon avec 1 ou 2 lits. cuisine indépendante, salle a déjeune, salle TV sat, étudie, laverie, 4 bains avec douche, 1 salle de baigne avec bassin et douche, 1 baigne de service. Muni de lave-vaisselles, de machine à laver, fourni un change de linge. Location minimum 1 semaine prix est de 1500/3000.00€ exclu du chauffage et la nettoyer final BED AND BREAKFAST *** La suite de la villa sont offertes même avec service bed de and breakfast. La suite d'environ 40mq sont composée de : chambre matrimoniale ou double avec annexé séjour avec 1 ou 2 lits, frigobar, TV, climatizzatore, je baigne privé et terrasse avec vue mer, équipée de table des chaises et des chaises longues.
