Tipica casa Eoliana mq.110ca. indipendente,
con giardino mq.100ca. Lavori di restauro integrale appena
eseguiti, nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e con particolare
attenzione ai canoni estetici dell’isola, utilizzando i
materiali che meglio si integrano nell’ambiente.
L’abitazione è suddivisa in tre stanze con ingressi
indipendenti. Le due stanze più grandi (30 mq. ca.) con
bagno e cucina in comune e una più piccola di 20 mq. ca.
con ingresso, bagno e cucina autonomi. Il giardino, con alberi di
agrumi, un fico, un ibiscus e un gelsomino e un ulivo che
ombreggia. Una pergola al centro con una vite, separa la casa
dalla strada. Il patio interno ombreggiato dai cannizzi offre
nella cornice delle sue colonne una splendida vista sul mare,
creando una piacevole riservata atmosfera. L’abitazione
è rivolta verso est e l’orizzonte, quando la
visibilità lo consente, mostra il panorama della costa
calabra che dista solo 60 chilometri. La piazza del paese
“SanVincenzo” è soltanto 50 metri più
in alto perciò, anche nel mese di agosto, la
tranquillità e il silenzio non sono infranti. Anche la
scelta degli arredi, per lo più in legno, dei pavimenti in
cemento, la pietra lavica, il cotto artigianale e la ceramica
siciliana in cucina infondono un’atmosfera calorosa e
accogliente prestando attenzione alla funzionalità, per
rendere piacevole un soggiorno a Stromboli. Casa Colapesce
può ospitare 6 persone e su richiesta, comodamente anche
altri 4 letti, per ragazzini. I Costi variano a seconda del
periodo. Nel costo è inclusa la biancheria, le pulizie

Typical Eolian house, 110sqm, detached, with garden 100sqm. Just
totally renovated, following the safety standards, and respecting
the harmony of the island, with the building materials which
better integrate with the environment. The house is made of three
rooms, with independent entrances. The bigger rooms (30sqm each)
share a bathroom and a kitchen, the smaller (20sqm) has its
bathroom and its kitchen. The garden has an orchard, with an
olive tree giving a lovely shade and a pergola in the middle, and
it is placed between the house and the street. The internal patio
is shaded by the cannizzi, and among its columns shows a
beautiful view on the sea, creating an atmosphere of pleasant
privacy. The house faces east and when the weather permits it,
you can see the coast of Calabria, only 60 kilometres away. San
Vincenzo square, the main square of the village is 50 meters
uphill, guarantee of peace and silence even during the busy month
of August. The furniture is mainly made of wood, the floors are
made of cement, lavic stone and craftmade cotto, the kitchen is
tiled with Sicilian ceramics, offering a warm, inviting and at
the same time functional atmosphere, to make your staying in
Stromboli as pleasant as possible. Casa Colapesce can host 6
people, and offers the possibility of adding 4 comfortable beds

Nach aeolischem Stil typisches Haus, etwa 110
qm Wohnflaeche, separat, mit einem etwa 100 qm Garten. In
Beachtung der Sicherheitsgesetze und mit besonderer Ruecksicht
auf die aesthetischen Massstaebe (sono giuste le 3 s) der Insel
vor kurzem komplett renoviert, das gebrauchte Material integriert
sich am besten in die Umwelt. Das Haus ist in drei Zimmer mit
separatem Eingang unterteilt. Fuer die beiden groesseren Zimmer
(etwa 30 qm) stehen jeweils ein Badezimmer und eine Kueche zur
Verfuegung, das kleinere (etwa 20 qm) hat einen separaten
Eingang, sowie Badezimmer und Kueche separat. Der Garten mit
Obstbauemen, unter denen einem beschattenden Olivenbaum, und mit
in der Mitte einer Laube trennt das Haus von der Strasse. Der con
"Cannizzi" beschattete Patio bietet im Rahmen seiner Sauelen eine
herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer und schafft eine angenehme und
gemuetliche Atmosphaere. Das Gebaeude liegt nach Osten hin und
wenn die Sichtbarkeit es erlaubt, sieht man am Horizont die
kalabrische Kueste, die nur 60 km von hier entfernt ist. Der
Dorfplatz von San Vincenzo liegt 50 m oberhalb des Hauses,
deswegen auch im Monat August sind Stille und Ruhe versichert.
Die Einrichtigungsgegenstaende (meistens aus Holz), die
Fussboeden im Zement, der Lavastein, die handwerklichen
Terrakottafliesen, die zisilianische Keramik in der Kueche
floessen eine gastfreundliche und herzliche Stimmung ein, indem
man deren Zweckmaessigkeit beachtet hat, um einen Aufenthalt in
Stromboli angenehm zu machen. "Casa Colapesce" kann 6 Leute
beherbergen und auf Anfrage stehen 4 Betten fuer Kinder zur
Verfuegung. Einen schoenen Aufenthalt allen Gaesten!

Maison typique "eolienne" de 110m², indipéndente avec
un jardin de 100m² Traveaux récents de
réstauration, dans le respect des normes de
sécutirté, portant particuliérement
attention à l'esthétique de l'île. Les deux
plus grandes chambres de 30m² avec salle de bain et cuisine
en commun, et une plus petite de 20m² indipéndente
avec salle de bain et cuisine. Le jardin ombragé par des
arbres fruiters, un figuier, un ibiscus, un jasmin et un olivier.
Un patio interne, ombragé par les offre une vue splendide
sur la mer en creant ainsi une atmosphère charmante.
L'habitation est tournée vers l'est et quand la
visibilité le permet, on peut voir la côte
calabraise qui est distante de 60 km. La place avec l'eglise du
pays "San Vincenzo" est à 50 m. plus haut, et même
au mois d'août la tranquillité est preservée.
Même le choix de l'ameublement, essentiellement du bois,
des sols en briques traditionaux siciliens, de la pierre de lave
et de la céramique sicilienne dans la cuisine donne une
atmosphère chaude et accuillente qui permet un sejour
agreable à Stromboli. La maison peut accueillir six
personnes et sur demande on peut ajouter quatre lets d'enfants.
Le prix de location varie suivant la periode du sejour et
comprend le linge de maison mais pas l'entretien. Pour toutes
