Colle del Sole è una dolce collina
situata a 420 metri di altitudine. Un'area di natura protetta, in
posizione incantevole e riservata, che offre un panorama unico
fatto di vallate e colline a perdita d'occhio. Il complesso
agrituristico, un antico casale del 1500, è immerso tra
vigneti e ulivi secolari e circondato da castelli e monasteri,
testimoni di un'affascinante storia medievale. Qui la vita
è semplice ma generosa. Da oltre 25 anni, nel rispetto
dell'equilibrio naturale, nelle coltivazioni aziendali non si
usano pesticidi, diserbanti e prodotti chimici in genere. La
caccia è proibita, perciò, non ci si dovrà
meravigliare se durante una passeggiata si incontreranno poiane,
falchi, fagiani, lepri, volpi, istrici o scoiattoli. In Azienda
si respira un'aria familiare, fatta di odori e sapori tipici
dell'agriturismo biologico, l'ideale per una vacanza serena e
riposante nella campagna umbra. Anche il servizio è
semplice ma raffinato, ricco di piccole attenzioni che fanno
sentire l'ospite come a casa. Chi ama lo sport ha a disposizione
gratuitamente un campo da tennis polivalente, un pallaio dove
giocare a bocce, un percorso di croquet, un tavolo da ping pong e
numerose mountain bike. Nelle vicinanze dell'Agriturismo è
possibile giocare a golf, andare a cavallo e praticare la pesca
sportiva. La piscina è complice discreta di relax
pomeridiani in attesa di serate indimenticabili, passate a
cucinare nel barbecue sotto le stelle. Tutte le più belle
città dell'Umbria, come Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi o il
Lago Trasimeno, sono raggiungibili facilmente e velocemente con
la superstrada E-45

Colle del Sole is a
gentle hill which rises 420m. above sea level. This wonderful and
secluded location, part of a protected natural area, offers a
magnificient view of the Umbrian hills as far as eyes can see.
The agriturismo, a XVI° farmhouse, is immersed in vineyards
and olive groves and surrounded by castles and monasteries,
witnesses to a rich and fascinating history. Here life is simple
but rewarding. The cultivations of the agritourism have been
made, for over 25 years, in the respect of the natural
environment, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, making
the family Polidori one of the first producers of organic wine in
Italy. Hunting is banned in Colle del Sole therefore nature
lovers should not be surprised to come across hawks, pheasants,
foxes and squirrels while walking around the area. The country
house is a family run structure, where you can enjoy a pleasant
and restful holiday in the typical atmosphere of rural Umbria.
The service provided is simple but filled with many attentions
that make the guests feel at home. Sport lovers will enjoy the
opportunity to play tennis, bowls, croquet, table tennis and ride
mountain bikes on the premises, while golf, horse-riding and

und verschwiegener Lage. Von hier aus bietet sich ein
einzigartiges Panorama: Hügel und dazwischen Talebenen, so
weit das Auge reicht. Das Gebäude, ein Gehöft aus dem
16. Jahrhundert, ist eingebettet in Weinberge und
jahrhundertealte Olivenbäume und umgeben von Burgen und
Klöstern, von Zeugen einer faszinierenden mittelalterlichen
Geschichte. Hier ist das Leben einfach, aber reich. Zum Schutz
des natürlichen Gleichgewichts werden seit mehr als 25
Jahren in der Landwirtschaft weder Pestizide noch
Unkrautvertilgungsmittel, werden generell keine chemischen
Produkte verwendet. Jagen ist verboten, so dass Sie sich nicht zu
wundern brauchen, bei einem Spaziergang Mäusebussarden,
Falken, Fasanen, Hasen, Füchsen, Stachelschweinen oder
Eichhörnchen zu begegnen. Im Betrieb herrscht eine
familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Luft ist voller Düfte
und Geschmäcke, die typisch sind für einen Agriturismo
. All das ist ideal für heitere und entspannende Ferien auf
