Il nostro bed and breakfast di categoria superiore a tre stelle, è regolarmente autorizzato dalla A.A.P.I.T. di Siracusa , con aut. 465 del 30/11/2005 è ubicato nel centro storico e precisamente nel quartiere Mannarazze , è realizzato in una accogliente abitazione ristrutturata agli inizi di quest' anno (2005), le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, bagno in camera, asciuga capelli, tv, frigo, e a richiesta l'uso della cucina, il tutto per rendere piacevole ed accogliente il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti. La breve distanza dal centro architettonico della città, consente agli ospiti di posteggiare comodamente il proprio veicolo e raggiungere in tre minuti con una breve passeggiata i maggiori monumenti della “ Capitale Europea del Barocco”.L'accoglienza riservata ai nostri ospiti , è all' insegna della rinomata ospitalità siciliana, la nostra abitazione è dotata di un comodo terrazzo con vista e confinante con il Parco Fiaccavento , consentendo ai visitatori un comodo e rilassante soggiorno. Ai nostri spaziosi e soleggiati ambienti viene fornita quotidianamente la pulizia delle camere e dei servizi annessi. Il nostro unico interesse è rendervi il soggiorno piacevole affinché possiate ritornare a trovarci. Soggiornando nel nostro B&B, potete raggiungere agevolmente le nostre coste il cui mare ha avuto da Lega Ambiente il riconoscimento delle 5 Vele Blu, a 5 km il Lido di Noto con le sue pulite e dorate spiagge, , a 6 km la Spiaggia di Eloro con annessi i resti della Colonia greca , a 7 km la spiaggia di Calamosche definita dagli ambientalisti “ La spiaggia più bella d' Italia”, a 9 km la famosa “oasi Naturale di Vendicari”, con la sua Tonnara e il Fortino Borbonico nella cui spiaggia in stagione depositano le uova le tartarughe Marine . Proseguendo verso Capo Passero ci si può fermare a Marzamemi piccolo e rinomato porticciolo di Pescatori pieno di ristoranti, pub , pizzerie e bazar turistici e continuando passando per Portopalo potete raggiungere la magica e stupenda Isola delle Correnti. Per chi preferisce le visite culturali , soggiornando da noi con piacevoli gite potete visitare Siracusa o assistere alle sue rappresentazioni Classiche al Teatro Greco. Dirigendovi a sud potete in pochi minuti visitare il “Barocco della Val di Noto” che trova classiche espressioni nelle realizzazioni architettoniche presenti anche a Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla , Modica e Scicli, oltre che a Palazzolo Acreide dove è situato anche un Piccolo Teatro Greco. Molto rinomata e di particolare interesse folcloristico è la festa detta Primavera Barocca o "Infiorata" di Via Nicolaci , che si tiene la terza domenica di Maggio proprio in via Nicolaci. È uno spettacolare tappeto di fiori allestito da artisti locali. La manifestazione propone ogni anno un tema diverso: religioso, mitologico, di cultura popolare, ecc... Known as "the Famous one", "the Learned one", " the Ingenious one", and also as "Urbs nunquam vi capta", Noto, was reconstructed after the 1693 earthquake on the Meti hill. The ancient site, a centre of art and culture, named Neaton, under the Greek civilization, Netum in the Roman age and finally Noto, became "Chief Town of the Valley" under the Arabic dominion. Then, the Norman , Swabian, Aragonese and Spanish rule followed one another. The reconstruction was made by stone cutters, master builders, artisans, under the direction of the famous masters Gagliardi, Sinatra, Labisi, who created this "Garden of stone", as Cesare Brandì defined it, from which a masterpiece of urbanism and architecture was born. Such artisans wisely worked a tender sandstone tuff that, exposed to the sun, has admirably become honey coloured. They carved corbels, capitals, columns, precious friezes and putti, and so conferred to spaces and volumes unusual harmonic characteristics. Convents, churches, monasteries, palaces, are the result of this art. Also the popular districts of Islamic inspiration must be mentioned: "Agliastrello", "Mannarazze", "Pianalto". The style is unique and is known as "the Baroque of Noto"Our three star superior category Bed and Breakfast is regularly authorized by the A.A.P.I.T. of Syracuse , with licence n. 465 of 30/11/2005. It is situated in the historical centre and precisely in the "Mannarazze" district, and realized in a pleasant residence refurbished at the beginning of 2005. The rooms are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, heating, private bathroom, hairdrier, tv, refrigerator, and the use of the kitchen, on request. All that aims at making the guests' stay pleasant.The short distance from the architectural centre of the city, allows our guests to easily park their own vehicle and to reach in three minutes' walk the greatest monuments in the "European Capital of Baroque". Our guests are welcomed respecting the renown tradition of Sicilian hospitality. The residence has got a comfortable terrace with a fine view, contiguous to Fiaccavento Park , which allows our guests a nice and relaxing stay. From our B&B, you can easily reach our coasts, whose sea has been given by "Lega Ambiente" 5 Blue Sails. The clean and golden beaches are 5 kms away from Noto; the beach of Eloro, with the ruins of the Greek Colony, is 6 kms away, the beach of Calamosche, defined by the environmentalists "the most beautiful beach in Italy" (7 kms); the famous "Nature oasis of Vendicari" (9 kms), with its tunny-fising place and Bourbon blockhouse, in whose beach the sea turtles lay their eggs. Continuing toward Capopassero, a stop in Marzamemi is worth while, a small and famous dock of Fishermen full of restaurants, pubs, pizzerias and tourist shops. Then, driving to Portopalo the wonderful " Island of the Tides" can be reached. For those who prefer cultural visits, you can enjoy pleasant trips to Syracuse or and see its Classical performances at the Greek Theatre. To the south, in a few minutes, you can visit the "Baroque of the Valley of Noto ", which has classical expressions in the architectural monuments of Ragusa , Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli, as well as in Palazzolo Acreide, where a small Greek Theatre can be found. Very famous and of particular folk interest is the festival of Baroque Spring or "Flower Festival" of Nicolaci Street, held on the third Sunday of May. It is a spectacular carpet of flowers prepared by local artists. The festival proposes every year a different theme: ranging from religion, to mythology, to popular culture, etc... Connue comme la “ célèbre” , la “savante” , l' “ ingénieuse “ elle fut définie aussi “ urbs numquam vi capta”, Noto reconstruite après le tremblement de terre de 1693 sur la colline des Metis. L' ancien endroit centre d' art et de culture , célèbre avec le nom de Neaton sous la civilisation grecque , Netum à l' époque romaine et enfin Noto devint Capovalle sous la domination arabe , se succédèrent ensuite la domination normande , souabe , aragonaise et espagnole. La reconstruction par les tailleurs de pierres , maîtres maçons , artisans qui sous la direction des maîtres fameux tels que Gagliardi ,Sinatra , Labisi eréèrent ce « jardin de pierre » comme la définit Cesare Brandi , dont naquit un chef d' œuvre d' urbanisme et d' architecture . Ces artisans travaillèrent savamment une pierre tendre (grès) , qui exposée au soleil est merveilleusement devenue couleur de miel , en sculptant des consoles ,des chapiteaux , des colonnes , des frises précieux et des puttos et en donnant aux espaces et aux volumes des caractéristiques harmoniques singulières . Les couvents , les églises , les monastères , les palais sont le résultat de cet art Il faut y ajouter les quartiers populaires d' inspiration islamique : Agliastrello , Mannarazze , Pianalto . Le style créé est unique et il est connu comme le « Baroque de Noto » . L' entrée à la ville , depuis quelques années Patrimoine Mondial de l' Humanité et reconnu endroit Unesco , commence de la Porte Royale , construite en 1838 en l' honneur de Ferdinand II de Bourbon lors de la visite de la ville ; aussitôt commence le « Cours Vittorio Emanuele III » , qui représente la rue principale de la ville au cours de laquelle on peut admirer les plus importants monuments baroques. Immédiatement à droite se dresse l' église de San Francesco all ‘Immacolata, tout à coté il y a l' ex-couvent des Francescani , qui représente un admirable ensemble architectural de Noto du XVIII siècle. L' intérieur garde une Vierge attribuée à Monachello et un pierre tombale de Bonasia , provenants de Noto Ancienne. Notre bed and breakfast de catégorie supérieure à trois étoiles , est régulièrement autorisé par l' A. A. P. I. T. de Syracuse avec autorisation 465 du 30/11/2005 est situé au centre historique et plus précisément dans le quartier Mannarazze . Il est réalisé dans une habitation accueillante rénovée au début de 2005. Les chambres sont douées de tous les conforts , air climatisé , chauffage , salle de bains , sèche-cheveux, télévision , frigo et sur demande l' usage de la cuisine ; tout ça pour rendre agréable et accueillant le séjour de nos hôtes . La brève dinstance du centre architectonique de la ville , permet aux hôtes de garer tranquillement leur voiture et d' arriver en trois minutes , avec une petite promenade , aux monuments les plus importants de la « Capitale Européenne du Baroque ». L' accueil réservé à nos hôtes est sous le signe de la renommée hospitalité sicilienne , notre habitation est douée d' une terrasse confortable avec vue et confinante avec le Parc Fiaccavento , en permettant aux visiteurs un séjour agréable et relaxant. Toutes nos pièces spacieuses et ensoleillées ainsi que les chambres et les services annexes sont nettoyés quotidiennement. Notre unique intérêt c' est de vous rendre le séjour agréable afin que vous puissiez revenir nous trouver. En séjournant dans notre B e B vous pouvez arriver aisément à nos côtes dont la mer a obtenu par la Lega Ambiente (association de l' Environnement) la reconnaissance des 5 Voiles Bleues ; à 5 Km le Rivage de Noto avec ses plages propres et dorées ;à 6 Km la Plage d' Eloro avec les ruines de la Colonie grecque ;à 7 Km la plage de Calamosche définie par les environnementalistes « La Plage la plus belle d' Italie » ; à 9 Km la célèbre « Oasis Naturelle de Vendicari » , avec son Thonaire et son Fortin Bourbonien,où, en saison, les tortues marines déposent les œufs. En continuant vers Capo Passero on peut s'arrêter à Marzamemi petit port de pêcheurs très renommé, plein de restaurant ,pubs,pizzerias et bazars touristiques et tout en avançant et en passant par Portopalo vous pouvez arriver à la magique et magnifique Ile des Courants . Pour ceux qui préfèrent les visites culturelles, en séjournant chez nous vous pouvez visiter Syracuse par d' agréables excursions ou assister à Ses Représentation Classiques au Théâtre Grec. En vous dirigeant au sud vous pouvez visiter le « Baroque de la « val di Noto » qui trouve des expressions classiques dans les réalisations architectoniques présentes à Ragusa ,Ragusa Ibla , Modica et Scicli , ainsi qu'à Palazzolo Acreide où se trouve aussi un Petit Théâtre Grec. Très renommée et de particulier intérêt folklorique c' est la fête dite Printemps Baroque ou « Infiorata » de Rue Nicolaci , qui a lieu le troisième dimanche du mois de Mai juste dans la rue Nicolaci. C'est un spectaculier tapis de fleurs préparé par d' artistes locaux La manifestation propose chaque année un sujet différent : religieux, mythologique , de culture populaire , etc…. Conocida como la “Célebre”, la “Docta”, la “Ingeniosa” fue dicha también “Urbs numquam vi capta”, Noto reconstruida, después del terremoto de 1693, en la colina de los Metis. El antiguo sito centro de arte y de cultura, célebre con el nombre de Neaton bajo la civilización griega, Netum en epoca romana, y en fin Noto se hizo Capovalle bajo el dominio árabe se subsiguieron luego la dominación normanda,suabia, aragonésa y española. La reconstrucción por obra de picapedreros, maestros albañiles, artesanos, bayo la dirección de los célebres maestros Gagliardi, Sinatra, Labili crearon esto “jardin de pedra” como la definió Cesare Brandi por quien nació una obra maestra de urbanística y de arquitectura. Esos artesanos trabayaron sabiamente una pedra tierna (toba arenisca) que expuesta al sol se ha admirablemente hecho color de miel, cincelando ménsulas, capiteles, columnas, frisos preciosos y angelitos, y conferiendo a espacios y volumenes características armónicas únicas. Conventos, iglesias, monasterios, palacios son el resultado de esta arte. A ellos van añadidos los barrios populares de inspiración islámica: “Agliastrello, Mannarazze, Pianalto”. El estilo criado es único y conocido como el “Barroco de Noto” El acceso a la ciudad, desde unos años Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad y reconocido sito UNESCO, empieza por la “Porta Reale”, construida en 1838 en honor de Fernando II de Borbón, quien visita la ciudad. Superada la misma comienza la Avenida Vittorio Emanuele III, que representa la calle más importante de la ciudad, a lo largo de la cual se pueden admirar los mayores monumentos barrocos. En seguida a la derecha se eleva la Iglesia de San Francesco all'Immacolata, cerca de la cual se halla el ex convento de los Franciscanos, que representa un maravilloso complejo arquitectónico de la ciudad de Noto del siglo XVIII. El interior custodia una pintura de la Virgen atribuida al Monachello y una lápida del Bonasia provenientes de Noto Antigua. Poco más adelante se levanta la Basílica del S.S. Salvador, con el anexo Monasterio benedictino, donde se eleva la magnífica y lanzada “Torre del Belvedere” y las trece ventanas sobrepuestas por almenajes de piedra y cerradas por celosías a reyas. Al interior de la Basilica , en la bóveda, descollan los frescos del pintor de Noto, Mazza, hay unas telas atribuidas al Velasco (a firma 1808) y un órgano artesanal de Del Piano. La breve distancia del centro arquitectónico de la ciudad, permite a los huéspedes de estacionar cómodamente su carro y llegar en tres minutos con un paseo breve a los mayores monumentos de la “Capital Europea del Barroco”. La acogida reservada a nuestros huéspedes, es a la enseña de la renombrada hospitalidad siciliana; nuestra habitación es dotada de un cómodo balcón con vista y confinante con el Parco Fiaccavento, permitiendo a los visitadores una cómoda y defatigante estancia. Cada día se provee a limpiar los cuartos con sus servicios anexos y todos nuestros ambientes espaciosos y asoleados. Nuestro único interés es de hacer agradable vuestra estancia para que podais volver a visitarnos. Pasando una estancia en nuestro B&B podeis llegar fácilmente a nuestras cuestas cuyo mar ha tenido por la Liga Ambiente el reconocimento de las 5 Velas Azules; a 5 Km el Lido de Noto con sus playas limpias y doradas; a 6 Km la Playa de Eloro con anexos los restos de la Colonia helénica, a 7 Km la playa de Calamosche definida por que cuidan el ambiente “La playa más bella de Italia”, a 9 km el célebre “Oasis natural de Vendicari”, con su Atunara y el Fortín Borbónico, donde, en la estación las tortugas marinas ponen los huevos. Prosiguiendo hacia Capo Passero podemos pararnos a Marzamemi, pequeño y celebrado puerto de pescadores lleno de restaurantes, pubs, tiendas de pizza y bazares turísticos; continuando, pasando por Portopalo podéis llegar a la mágica y estupenda “Isla de las Corrientes”. Para aquéllos que prefieren las visitas culturales, habitando en nuestra residencia, con agradables excursiónes podéis visitar Siracusa o asistir a sus representaciónes clásicas al Teatro Griego. Dirigiendose al Sur podéis en pocos minutos, visitar el “Barroco de la Val di Noto”, que tiene clásicas expresiónes en las realizaciónes arquitectónicas presentes también en Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla, Modica e Scicli, además de eso Palazzolo Acreide donde hay también un Pequeño Teatro Griego. Muy célebre y de partucular interés folklorístico es la fiesta llamada “Primavera Barroca” o “Infiorata” de Via Nicolaci, que se festeja el tercero domingo de Mayo exactamente en Via Nicolaci. Es una alfombra espectacular de flores alistada por artistas locales. La manifestación propone cada año un sujeto diferente:religioso, mitológico, de cultura popular, etc. Os esperamos asegurandoos una acogida y una agradable estancia a la enseña del célebre calor mediterráneo.
