recentemente ristrutturata e circondata da muri a secco, da
carrubi, ulivi e fichi d'india. Le mura esterne, di circa un
metro di spessore, garantiscono frescura in estate e caldo in
inverno. A disposizione degli ospiti due confortevoli alloggi con
ingressi separati da quattro posti letto ciascuno, completamente
attrezzati. Ampia corte esterna. Grande veranda coperta con
barbecue. Parcheggio. La struttura dispone di un maneggio con un
campo di equitazione con pista regolamentare per il trotto e il
noleggio di calessini. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti noleggio bici ed
escursioni organizzate. Per chi desidera un soggiorno rilassante
ed ama la natura, "IL SULTANO" consente di abbinare, da marzo a
novembre, campagna e mare e di scoprire le ricchezze culturali ed
eno-gastronomiche di questo angolo di Sicilia. A due chilometri
la spiaggia ed il sito archeologico di Kaucana. Non distanti il
castello di Donnafugata ed i centri del barocco: Scicli, Modica,
Ragusa e Noto.

The ideal solution for couples
or families with children. It is a typical Sicilian country house
of the 19th century surrounded by olive and carob trees and
prickly pears. It has recently been renovated and furnished. The
around one meter thick external walls make the house fresh in
summer and warm in winter. At our guests’ disposal two
independent and comfortable apartments that can host up to 4
people each. The ideal solution for couples or families with
children who want to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the major
local points of interest and close to the sea. Each apartment is
fully equipped and consists of one or two bedrooms, bathroom with
shower, living room with kitchen corner. Outside there is a wide
court, a veranda with barbecue and a parking. Moreover the
structure has an equipped horseback riding field with ring field
for the trot and the rental of little gigs. The sea is two
kilometres away as well as the archaeological sites of Kaucana.
Nearby the castle of Donnafugata, Kamarina and the baroque towns
of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa and Noto.

Es ist ein typischer Bauernhof aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, der erst
kürzlich renoviert wurde. Um das Haus herum ist die typische
sizilianische Atmosphäre: trocken Steinmauer, Johannisbrot -
und Olivenbäumen und lebhafte Farben. Es eignet sich
hervorragend für Pärchen und Familien mit Kindern, die
die Ruhe von Sizilien genießen möchten. Für die
Gäste 2 schone, komfortable und ganz unabhängige
Wohnungen. Die fast meterdicken außen Mauern, lassen die
Wohnungen frisch im Sommer und warm im Winter. Jede Wohnung ist
für 2 oder 4 Leute. Sie verfügen über ein oder
zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit
Küchenzeile, schöne Veranda mit Tische und Stühle
sowie kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Struktur ist mit einer
Pferdereitbahn und auch für Trabrennen ausgestattet. Auf
Anfrage steht ein Reitlehrer zur Verfügung. Il Sultano
bietet, von März bis November, eine ideale Kombination um
Land - und Meerleben und tägliche Ausflüge zu
genießen. Es liegt 2 Kilometer entfernt vom Meer mit feinem
Sandstrand und von der Archäologischen Zone Kaucana. In der
nahe das Schloss von Donnafugata, Camarina und in die bekannten
Barockstädte Scicli, Modica, Ragusa und Noto, bekannt als
Schätze der UNESCO.

s’agit d’une typique ferme de la fin du 19
siècle, récemment restructurée. Elle est
entourée par arbres d’olivier, caroubier et figuiers
de Barbarie. Les mures sont épaisses presque un
mètre et ça assure fraîcheur en
été et chaleur en hiver. A disposition des clients
deux maisons de vacance indépendantes complètement
équipées pour quatre personnes chacune. La solution
idéale pour couples et familles avec enfants. Grand
dehors, véranda couverte avec barbecue. Parking.
Manège. Location de vélos. Visites guidées
et excursions. La mer est à 2 kilomètres aussi bien
que le site archéologique de Kaucana. Dans les environs le
châteaux de Donnafugata, Kamarina et les villes baroques de
