La masseria si trova a poca distanza da Ostuni e dal mare e si erge in un territorio ricco di memorie, nei pressi di interessanti chiese-grotte basiliane, delle opere, dei monumenti, delle torri e dei castelli che simboleggiano le prolifiche civiltà che nei millenni si sono susseguite. Regala ampi spazi e cieli cangianti, quiete e silenzi profondi disturbati solo dal rumore della natura circostante. Nel corpo settecentesco della masseria sono ricavate cinque suites e due camere doppie. A seguito di un accurato restauro conservativo, pur mantenendo integro il fascino e il calore delle antiche dimore di campagna, sono state arricchite di tutti i comfort: bagno con idromassaggio, televisione satellitare, telefono, collegamento internet, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, frigo bar. Tutte le suites e le camere sono dotate di camino ed arredate con mobili d'epoca, che aggiungono alla sobrietà della pietra del pavimento originale e del tufo dei muri e delle volte una nota di raffinatezza. Il ristorante utilizza olio, farina, ortaggi e frutta dell'azienda agricola, interamente coltivata con il metodo dell'agricoltura biologica, ed esprime una cucina legata ai sapori della terra di Puglia. La masseria dispone di una piscina, ricavata nell'agrumeto. Di notevole interesse sono inoltre la chiesa, ancora oggi consacrata ed arricchita da affreschi, raffiguranti la Veronica e Cristo tra la Vergine e San Giovanni, nonchè il museo, ove sono raccolti tutti gli attrezzi che sin dal 1800 venivano utilizzati per la coltivazione dei campi e l'allevamento del bestiame, le prime macchine agricole degli inizi del XIX secolo, e la collezione degli attrezzi che, sin dal 1700, sono stati utilizzati per la realizzazione di botti di legno dalle diverse generazioni della famiglia Di GIulio di Brindisi, che ne ha fatto donazione alla masseria nel 2004. All'interno dell'azienda, oltre all'allevamento e al centro di allenamento dei cavalli da trotto, c'è anche il maneggio. Gli ospiti più esperti possono fare in piena autonomia indimenticabili passeggiate lungo i sentieri della tenuta o dei campi circostanti, raggiungendo anche il mare vicino. I meno esperti, o comunque coloro che vogliono migliorare la loro tecnica, possono avvalersi di lezioni che gli istruttori impartiscono sia nel corso di passeggiate guidate, sia nel campo ostacoli, sia a sella che in calesse. Al'ospite è anche offerta l'opportunità di apprendere le tecniche agronomiche delle diverse colture praticate, con metodo biologico, sui 140 ettari di superficie aziendale. Oltre a tutto ciò, gli ospiti potranno usufruire di mountain bike, visite guidate nei campi, in frantoi oleari e case vinicole. Trovandosi in posizione centrale nel territorio della regione, si possono seguire innumerevoli itinerari di grande interesse storico e culturale, anche con visite guidate organizzate. Di particolare rilievo gli itinerari del barocco leccese (Lecce, maglie, Otranto, Tricase), della Valle d'Itria (Ostuni, Cisternino,Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Alberobello), dei castelli normanni, delle strade dell'olio e del vino, ma anche la visita all'oasi naturilistica di Torre Guaceto, distante solo 4 km e a Grottaglie, città della ceramica.

Not far from Ostuni, the farm arises in a land rich with memories, in the vicinity of compelling churches and Basilian caverns, monuments, towers and castles that throughout the perils of time symbolize the prolific civilizations that have been succeeding for thousand of years. This place has a particular charm: open space which borders the horizon, variations of ever changing skies, the quietness and fervour of life, the profound silences interrupted only by ancestral sounds. In the central part of the eighteenth century farmhouse evolve five suites and two double rooms that follow an accurate preservative restoration which maintains its charm as well as the atmosphere and warmth of the antique dwelling of its countryside. They have been enriched with all modern comforts: bathrooms with hydro massage, satellite television, telephone with ADSL connection, air conditioning and heating system, and a mini bar. All the suites and the rooms are embellished with a fireplace and furnished with period furniture which enhance the sobriety of its original epic stoned floors and walls of tuff, which in its time was a sign of noted elegance and allure. The cuisine expresses the flavours of the land of Puglia with its whole grain, extra virgin olive oil, legumes and fresh vegetables grown on the farm accordingly with organic agricultural methods. The farmhouse has a large pool, which has been built in the citrus plantation. There is also a church still used as a church whose interior and sacristy are decorated with frescos of Veronica and of Christ on the cross between Mary and John, and a museum which hosts the collection of tools that were used to cultivate the land, to pick fruit and to raise animals since the early 1800's and the first machines that changed farming at the beginning of last century and also the collection of tools that were used by the Di Giulio's from Brindisi to make wooden barrels since the XVIII century which was donated to the farmhouse in 2004 by the last cooper of the family. The farmhouse has also a riding-ground, together with a centre for raising and training trot-horses. The most experienced guests can go on unforgettable rides along the paths of the estate or of the surrounding fields, aa far as the coast. The less experienced guests or those who want to improve their skills can get lessons from the trainers both during guided rides and in the riding school. Guests are also offered the opportunity to learn the farming techniques of a lot of different cultivations, based on biological methods, on the 140 hectares estate and the ways in which produces are transformed. Guest can also enjoy mountain-bikes, guide tours of oil-mills and wine-industries. Located in the centre of the region, the farmhouse offers an effortless access to different historical and cultural sites, with guided tours organized by the farm. Particularly alluring are the itineraries to the baroque style of Lecce (Lecce, Maglie, Otranto, Tricase), of Valle d'Itria (Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Alberobello), of the Norman Castle, the different "routes" which connect cities and places to the certified origin of oil or wine which are produced, but also to the wwf reserve of Torre Guaceto (4kms away) or to Grottaglie (city of hand-made ceramics).

In der Naehe von Ostuni liegt das herrenhaus in einem Gebiet, in dem interessante Kirche als Zeugnisse bluehender Kulturen viele Jahrhunderte ueberdauert haben. Der Bau aus dem 18.Jahrhundert wurde mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt restauriert. Die fuenf wunderschoenen Suiten und die beiden Doppelzimmer sind mit modernstern Komfort ausgestattet: Bad mit Hydromassagewanne, SAT-TV, Telefon, ADSL-Internetanschluss, Heizung, Klimaanlage und Minibar. Alle Suite und Zimmer sind mit antikem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Kuche von Incantalupi bietet natuerlich die ganze kulinarische Vielfalt Apuliens. Inmittendes Oranges-und Zitronenhains liegt eine grosse Pool. Es gibt auch ain Museum mit den Geraete von 18.Jahrhundert.Neben dem Traber-Zucht-und Ausbildungsbetrieb befindet sich auch der Reitsplatz. Die Gaeste koennen unvergessliche Austritte unternehmen. Von Incantalupi kann man unzaehlige Ausfluegziele von grosser historischer Bedeutung erreichen, wobei auf Wunsch auch organisierte Fuehrungen angeboten werden. Besonders empfehlenswert sind Staedtetouren auf den Spuren des Lecceser Barocks(Lecce, Otranto, Ausfluege in das Valle d'Itria (Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello) oder auch ein Besuch des nur 4km entfernten Naturschutzgebietes von Torre Guaceto oder der Keramikstadt Grottaglie.
