Situato nell'altopiano avolese, a pochi
chilometri da Siracusa, in Sicilia, immerso nel verde degli
uliveti e del bosco della riserva forestale di Cava Grande a poca
distanza dai laghetti cristallini balneabili, l'Agriturismo 'Le
Mangiatoie del Re Giordano' sorge da due antichi casolari
sapientemente ristrutturati rispettando l'originaria architettura
siciliana, creando un ambiente unico che dà agli ospiti la
possibilità di godere appieno la vacanza in relax e con
ogni comfort ma a stretto contatto con la vera vita in una
fattoria. A poca distanza dall'Agriturismo si possono visitare le
più rinomate località storico-archeologiche della
Sicilia orientale: la riserva di Cava Grande del Cassibile a soli
2 Km., Siracusa con le sue famose zone archeologiche, Palazzolo
Acreide con il suo teatro greco, Noto con il suo barocco e, a
soli 8 Km, Avola ricca di mandorleti, spiagge e locali dove
gustare il rinomato Nero d'Avola. L'Agriturismo è inserito
nel contesto dell'azienda agricola "Valle Giordano" in cui la
famiglia Di Pietro produce da decenni olio, cereali e ortaggi.
All'interno dell'azienda si possono fare passeggiate a piedi o in
mountain bike. I bambini hanno a disposizione un piccolo parco
giochi.

Located in the plateau of Avola, a
few km from Siracusa, Sicily, in the green of olive groves and
woods of the forest reserve of Cava Grande not far from crystal
clear bathing lakes, the Holiday Farm 'Le Mangiatoie di Re
Giordano' arises from two old farmhouses carefully restored
respecting the original architecture of Sicily, creating a unique
environment that gives guests the chance to enjoy the holiday and
relax with every comfort, but in close contact with real life on
a farm. Not far from the Holiday Farm you can visit the most
famous historical and archaeological sites of eastern Sicily: the
reserve of Cava Grande del Cassibile only 2 km, Siracusa with its
famous ruins, Palazzolo Acreide with his greek theater, Noto with
its baroque and, only 8 Km, Avola giving a rich production of
almonds, having wonderful beaches and restaurants where you can
enjoy the famous Nero d'Avola wine. The farm is set in the
context of the farm "Valle Giordanoo" where the family Di Pietro
produce for decades oil , cereals and vegetables. Within the farm
you can do walks or mountain bike. Children have a small
playground.
