l Bed and Breakfast Villa Mattei si trova a circa 600 metri dalla bella spiaggia di Mondello, località balneare che si affaccia sul golfo, dista circa 7 km dal centro di Palermo. La villa è situata nella zona di Mondello-Valdesi, splendido villaggio noto per l'incantevole mare e per le antiche ville stile liberty. Dalla Villa Mattei il centro della città è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti in macchina o con un mezzo pubblico, la fermata del bus si trova davanti l'ingresso del Bed and Breakfast. Il delizioso paesino di Mondello è raggiungibile a piedi costeggiando la spiaggia, al paese si trovano ristorantini marinari e pasticcerie, dove poter gustare le specialità locali. Il Bed and Breakfast, si trova in una villa ed è composto da tre stanze da letto riscaldate e ben arredate, i servizi sono composti da due bagni con doccia.
