comfortable holiday. The B&B was opened recently and all the

MONITORED street where you can park your car. Bikes can be safely
parked in the sheltered parking inside the courtyard. The B&B
is located along the sea boardwalk that leads to the beautiful
white sand beach of Marina di Orosei, just a few minutes away. It
is located in a central area at a few steps from restaurants,
banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, historic centre, places of public
utility.Our rooms are all equipped with all the comforts: the sea
water room has a private bathroom equipped with drier, towel
warmer, mini fridge, 22-inch LCD television, with land and
satellite digital decoder with hotbird access.Services and

Das B
& B “Nespolo fiorito” ist eine neue Struktur, in
der man seinen Urlaub im Zeichen der Ruhe und der Entspannung
verbringen kann. Das B&B wurde vor kurzem gegründet und
verfügt über eine neue Einrichtung und Anlage
(elektrische und hydraulische Anlage gemäß der
herrschenden Norm) und garantieren somit eine ausgezeichnete
Nutzung. Außerhalb der Struktur des B&B befindet sich
eine Privatstraße die VIDEOÜBERWACHT ist und man dort
auch sein Auto parken kann. Im Innenhof kann man die
Motorräder unter einen überdachten und sicheren
Parkplatz abstellen. Das B&B befindet sich entlang der
Meerpromenade und ermöglicht somit in wenigen Minuten den
Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand mit weißem Sand von
Marina di Orosei. Außerdem liegt die Struktur sehr zentral
und nur wenige Meter von Restaurants, Banken, Supermärkten,
der Apotheke, der Altstadt und den nützlichen
öffentlichen Plätzen entfernt. Unsere Zimmer sind alle
mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet: das Zimmer
