lista di cd-DVD che potrete richiedere direttamente al personale,

TIPICHE ROMANE. Informazioni: L'orario di arrivo, da concordare
al momento della prenotazione, ed eventualmente confermare o
aggiornare tempestivamente in caso di ritardi o anticipi sul
vostro programma, è tra le ore 13:00 e le ore 19:00. Il
giorno della partenza occorre lasciare la camera entro e non
oltre le ore 10:00. In tutti i casi potete lasciare i bagagli nel
B&B se doveste arrivare prima che le camere siano pronte
oppure abbiate la necessità di lasciarle nella struttura
dopo le 10.00.

silent area. The b&b is close to the Vatican city and St.
Peter's Basilica, next to ERGIFE (a convention centre ), 50mt
from the main underground stop “Baldo degli Ubaldi”
and from buses (49-46-994-490-98-881-55 nightly) well linked at
the most important tourist attractions. On the top of them we are
well connected to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.
SERVICES Rooms: TELEVISION LCD with dvd player (you will have a
list of dvd, also in different languages, you can ask staff for
it at no extra cost. HAIR-DRYER in each bathroom; BLANKETS AIR
CONDITIONING AND PRIVATE HEATING SYSTEM LINEN AND TOWELS Common
areas: KITCHEN There is an area where you can cook fast meals
(there will be at your disposal pots and pans),there is also a
big and sunny terrace with table and chairs where you can have
breakfast or simply relax after a long day visiting Rome. Extras:
GUARDED CAR PARK , a few metres from the b&b. TRASFER IN/OUT
for both airports and train stations, with private cars. GUIDED
VISITS private/public, of Rome, Tivoli or the other artistic
cities of Italy. RESERVATIONS of museums, theater and other
attractions of Rome. TYPICAL ROMAN DINNER, directly in the
b&b. informations: The arrival time is settled at the time of
the reservation, and if possible it should be confirmed or
updated in time, in case of delay or early arrivals. Please take
note that it will be applided a supplement of € 10,00 for
any arrivals from 12.00am to 07.30am The departing day, the room
needs left within and not later then 10:00 a.m. In any case the
luggages can be deposited in the B&B, wheter the rooms are
not ready at yours arrival or you need to leave the luggages in
the B&B after 10:00 a.m. at yours departure.

estratégica; se encuentra muy cerca de los Museos
Vaticanos y de la Basilica de San Pietro està al frente de
la boca del metro “Baldo degli Ubaldi” y de la parada
de autobús ( 49 – 46 – 490 – 98 –
881 – 5 nocturno ) que te llevará a los principales
atracciones túristicas , desde la estación Termini
, hasta los aereopuertos de Fiumicino y Ciampino. SERVICIOS
Habitación: TV LCD con LECTOR DVD (nuestro personal deja a
vuestra disposición una larga lista de películas
que podéis pedir sin coste añadido ). SECADOR DE

ameriacana para cocinar platos rápidos ( dejamos a vuestra

La hora de entrada suele estar a partir de las 13:00 hasta las
21:00. toma nota que a partir de la 24:00 hasta las 08:00 de la
mañana hay un suplemento de € 7,00 . El día de
la salida hay que dejar la habitación dentro de las 10:00
de la mañana. De todas formas , estamos a vuestra
disposición para cualquier necesitad: cambios de horario y
custodia de maletas.
