Bella villa in tipico stile eoliano situata, in posizione tranquilla e soleggiata, sull’isola di Stromboli nel contesto del villaggio Piscità, cuore antico del paese con le vecchie case bianche di forma cubica aggrappate da stradine strette, scalinate e cortili fioriti. Parte da qui il sentiero per il belvedere sulla sciara del fuoco… e nei dintorni il mare più bello… un vialetto con pochi gradini (circa 80 metri) separa la residenza da rocciose scogliere di pietra lavica e deliziose spiagge di sabbia nera. L’ospitalità è offerta in 3 confortevoli appartamenti indipendenti: la Casa Grande situata al piano terra della casa padronale (il primo piano è saltuariamente abitato dalla proprietaria), La Casetta e Il Cubo, due graziose casette adiacenti. Gli alloggi, si sviluppano attorno ad un piccolo ma curato e rigoglioso giardino con prato verde, fiori e piante mediterranee, sono arredati con gusto e funzionalità e dispongono di patio con pergola attrezzato per pranzi all’aperto: mobili, barbecue, doccia esterna (in comune). Alimentari a 500 metri. Piccoli negozi, bar, ristoranti, bancomat a 1 Km.

Beautiful villa in the peculiar style of the Aeolian Islands placed in a sunny and quiet location on the Stromboli Island and exactly in the village of Piscità, which is the very ancient part of the built-up area with its cubic shaped white houses clinging on narrow paths, its flights of steps and blooming courtyards. This is the starting point of the path leading to the lookout onto the "sciara del fuoco" (slant created by the lava stream on fire)…and in the surroundings extends the most beautiful sea…a little footpath with a few steps (about 80 meters) divides the residence from rocky cliffs of lava stone and pretty nice little beaches of dark sand. The hospitality is offered to guests in three comfortable independent apartments: Casa Grande (the major house) set at the ground floor of the mansion house (the first floor is occasionally inhabited by the owners), La Casetta (the small house) and Il Cubo (the Cube), two cute adjoining little houses. The lodgings develop around a small but at the same time well maintained and flourishing garden made out of green lawn, flowers and Mediterranean plants, have been furnished according to good taste and to the practical aspects/ and have a patio with pergola equipped for open air meals: furniture, barbecue, outside shower (in common). Small size pets allowed. Stove heating (extra price). Additional bed (available on demand). Baby cot (available on demand). Grocer’s is 500 meters away. Small shops, bar, restaurants, cash machine are 1 km away.
