dell’800 appena ristrutturata, nel rispetto
dell’architettura originale con finiture e arredi di grande
pregio, frutto dei più esperti professionisti e maestri
artigiani siciliani. Il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le vostre
vacanze, tra natura e cultura, benessere e relax. Circondata da
12 ettari di terreno pianeggiante dove è possibile fare
lunghe passeggiate e praticare jogging all’aria aperta
respirando il profumo della zagara, tra gli alberi di limoni,
ulivi verdeggianti, alberi secolari di carrubo.

Five minutes far from the sea, the farm
holiday Sant'Elia is a farmhouse which dates back to the end of
the nineteenth century, just rebuilt on the original architecture
with very valuable trimmings and furnishings, the result of the
most skilful Sicilian professional men and craftsmen.The flats
are composed of: a double room with a private bathroom, kitchen-
living–room with oven, refrigerator, freezer and a cooker.
The flats are equipped with ceiling fans and conditioners. The
double rooms with private bathroom, conditioners and frigobar.
Both the flats and the double rooms are equipped with
mosquito-nets, adjustable blinds (for the cleaning of the air and
for one’s own privacy) and an independent veranda, shaded
for the whole day, equipped with wash basin, tables and chairs.
Barbecue available for breakfast lunch or dinner.

le respect de l'architecture d'origine avec des finitions et un
ameublement soignés, fruit du travail de professionnels et
maitres de l'artisanat sicilien. Le lieu idéal où
passer ses vacances, entre nature et culture, bien-être et
farniente. Les 12 hectares de terrain qui entourent la
propriété sont délicieusement propices
à de longues promenades ou à la pratique du jogging
et permettent de respirer le parfum de la zagara et d'admirer les
oliviers et citronniers ou encore les arbres séculiers de
carrubo.
