L’agriturismo Sirignano Wine Resort
è un’incantevole struttura situata in contrada
Sirignano in agro di Monreale (PA), ricadente nei percorsi
enoturistici delle Strade del Vino DOC Monreale e DOC Alcamo.
Grazie alla sua particolare posizione, il resort è la meta
ideale per chi ama l’enoturismo, la natura e desidera
trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax, ma al tempo stesso
vuole raggiungere in pochi minuti le vie di collegamento che
conducono ad importanti siti di interesse turistico culturale
come Alcamo, Segesta, Scopello, Selinunte ed Erice.
L’agriturismo Sirignano Wine Resort offre alloggio con con
formula Bed and Breakfast, mezza pensione, pensione completa. I
servizi comprendono anche reception 24h, parcheggio scoperto,
giardino, ristorante fino a 110 coperti, colazione a buffet, aria
condizionata, bar, tv, visite guidate della cantina e dei
vigneti, vendita prodotti aziendali biologici, corsi di
degustazione vini e corsi di cucina (su richiesta). La struttura
offre 10 confortevoli camere indipendenti, un ristorante con
specialità tipiche gastronomiche siciliane, una club house
calda ed accogliente, un museo del vino e dell’agricoltura,
ed un punto vendita dove poter acquistare i vini e l’olio
d’oliva biologici di Marchesi de Gregorio. Il Resort, di
recente ristrutturazione, è all’interno
dell’antico Baglio di Sirignano immerso nella tenuta
agricola della famiglia dei Marchesi de Gregorio dove sin dal
1730 si coltiva la grande passione per la vite ed il vino. Qui si
trova anche la cantina storica, dove con uno sguardo attento alle
moderne tecniche di produzione nascono vini eccellenti nel
rispetto di una tradizione artigianale. La cantina apre le
proprie porte a tutti coloro che amano il vino, proponendo visite
guidate con degustazioni in abbinamento a prodotti tipici del
territorio.

Sirignano Wine Resort is a
contemporary project that goes to the very roots of the history
of the Family Marquis de Gregorio. In the Sirignano district at
the far south of Monreale DOC in the heart of Alcamo DOC since
the 1730s this family has been cultivating olive trees with the
utmost respect for mother nature's own rhythms. Recent
restoration works gave new life to a place in which nature,
cultural traditions and wellbeing come together to offer our
guests an experience captivating all the senses. From this region
of unspoilt natural beauty arises the ancient Baglio, which plays
host to the cantina of the Marchesi de Gregorio, one of the best
expressions of biological wine culture in Sicily. The structure
composed of 10 free flats made from the old farmhouse next to the
Baglio offers: 110 seats-restaurant; a club house; a farm
products selling point; one wine and agricolture Museum;
hospitality and pleasant relaxing week-end for amateurs of
oeno-tourism that want to take a trip to the discovery of
oeno-gastronomic tradition. Sirignano Wine Resort is the ideal
location for whoever loves contact with the natural and cultural
beauty which the territory offers: strategically positioned half
way between Palermo and Trapani, and within easy reach of both
evocative landscapes and historical and cultural places of
international significance From the close by archaeological sites
of Selinunte and Segesta to the salt mines in Marsala and the
isle of Mozia. Whoever loves nature can discover the perfumes of
the secluded forest which surrounds the cantina, or retire to the
close by Nature reserve called The Zingaro while only a few
minutes away in the ancient tuna reserve of
