La villa, situata in una contrada di
Terrasini, ridente paesino che si affaccia sul mare della
provincia di Palermo, fu edificata nell’800 e faceva parte
dell’antica tenuta di caccia del Duca di Orleans, oggi non
più esistente; si trova in piena campagna circondata da
splendide piante e da un antico agrumeto.Essendo immersa nel
verde e nel fresco della campagna la struttura offre anche il
vantaggio di trovarsi a solo 1 km, 5 minuti in auto, da uno dei
posti di mare più belli della provincia di Palermo,
offrendo inoltre la possibilità di raggiungere in tempi
brevissimi due tra le più belle località balneari
della Sicilia: Scopello e San Vito Lo Capo. Il nucleo principale
della struttura che risale all’800 è stato ampliato
negli anni, mantenendo sempre lo stile della struttura originale;
l’ultima ristrutturazione risale a soli 5 anni fa. Gode di
un'ottima posizione di partenza per effettuare escursioni in
tutta la Sicilia, infatti dista solo 3 km dallo svincolo
autostradale più vicino, e pochi chilometri da luoghi di
interesse storico e culturale quali: Palermo: 30 km, Segesta: 25
Km, Erice e Isole Egadi: 60 Km, Selinunte: 70 km. La villa
è composta da 2 stanze matrimoniali di cui una con bagno
annesso, mansarda con letto matrimoniale, 1 stanza doppia, un
secondo bagno indipendente, un ampio salone con camino, una
grande cucina per totali 8 posti lett. E' possibile affittare
anche a posto letto.

The villa, situated in a
region of Terrasini, a nice village that overloooks on the sea of
the province in Palermo, was built in the 800's and it belonged
to the ancient estate of hunting of the Duke of Orleans, that
today doesn't exist; it's located in the land surrounded by
splendid secular plants of citrus fruit. As it is absorbed in the
green and in the coolness of the land, the structure also offers
the advantage to be at only 1 km, 5 minutes by car, from one of
the most beautiful places of sea in Palermo, offering furtherly
the possibility to reach in brief times two of the most beautiful
seaside resorts in Sicily: Scopello e San Vito Lo Capo. The main
core of the structure, dated to the 800's, has been widened in
the years, always maintaining the style of the original
structure; the last restructuring is dated to only 5 years ago.
It takes advantage of a good start position to do excursions in
all Sicily, indeed it's far only 3 kms from the nearer motorway
and few kilometers from places of historical and cultural
interest such as: Palermo: 30 km, Segesta: 25 Km, Erice e Isole
Egadi: 60 Km, Selinunte: 70 km. The villa is composed of 2
matrimonial rooms, one of them with adjacent bath, mansard with
matrimonial bed, 1 double room, a bath, an ample salon with
fireplace, a great kitchen. The apartment is elegantly furnished.
