B&B è per chi ama godere delle meraviglie di Roma e
del fascino della sua "campagna romana" piena di storia, di
civiltà e di folklore. Per chi ama ritrovarsi di sera
nella quiete di una villa immersa nel verde, dove sono a
disposizione del riposo degli ospiti due camere accoglienti e
confortevoli. Per chi la mattina dopo il risveglio ama vivere la
sua vacanza dopo una colazione flagrante e varia. Per chi la sera
ama gustare un'ottima e genuina cucina romana. Per chi sa di
trovare tutto questo a prezzi giusti e contenuti Le due camere,
matrimoniali o doppie, hanno l'ingresso riservato dalla
rispettiva parte del giardino ( giardino delle magnolie e
giardino delle betulle),ed il bagno con ampio vano doccia
riservati. Le stanze che abbiamo chiamato "le betulle" l'una, e
"le magnolie" l'altra, sono arredate con mobili di famiglia fine
'800 e decorate per essere accoglienti ed ospitali. Il parcheggio
è interno. L'ospitalità prevede pulizia
giornaliera, cambio della biancheria da bagno e del letto ogni 3
giorni. All'interno delle camere non è consentito fumare

The b&b Our B&B is for those who love
to enjoy the wonders of Rome and the charm of the “Roman
countryside”, full of history, of civility and folklore.
For those who love to feel at their ease in the quietness of a
villa immersed in green nature, where there are two pleasant and
comfortable rooms available for the complete relaxation of our
guests. For those who, after waking up in the morning, love to
live their vacation after having a fragrant and varied breakfast.
For those who in the evening love to savor excellent and genuine
Roman cuisine. For those who know that they have found all of
this at a fair and reasonable price. Rooms The two rooms, a
double room and one with two single beds both have an independent
entrance on their side of the garden (a birch garden and magnolia
garden), and a private bathroom with a large shower stall. The
rooms – one named “The Birches” and the other
“The Magnolias”- are decorated with family furniture
dating back to the late 1800s in such a way as to be comfortable
and hospitable. The price of the room per night is 40 Euros per
person and 65 Euros for two persons. The price includes full
services. The rooms are cleaned daily. Bath towels are changed
every three days. The use of a covered parking lot is also
included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Breakfast, which is included in the price, is served in the
winter season in a large dining room beside a lit fireplace. In
the summer season breakfast is also served outdoors in the
courtyard or in the park. For breakfast we serve coffee, tea,
milk, fruit juice, local bread and sweets, local cheese and
sliced meats and salami and seasonal vegetables. An arrangement
with the well-known holiday farm “Casa Molinara” of
Palestrina assures our guests the possibility of tasting genuine
local cuisine of superior quality at an agreed upon price of only
28 Euros per person. The farm holiday restaurant is open from
Thursday to Sunday and on the other days, upon request; the
guests can enjoy our excellent family cooking! (20 Euros per

Das Haus Unser B&B
ist für den, der es liebt, die Wunder von Rom und die
Faszination der romanischen Landschaft mit ihrer Fülle von
Geschichte, Kultur und Folklore zu genießen. Für den,
der es liebt sich am Abend mit der Ruhe einer, in das Grün
getauchten Villa wiederzufinden, wo den Gästen zur Erholung
zwei gemütliche und komfortable Zimmer zur Verfügung
stehen. Für den, der es liebt am Abend eine hervorragende
und echt romanische Küche zu probieren. Für den, der
weiß, dass er all das zu einem fairen und angemessenem
Preis findet. Zimmer Die zwei Zimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und
eins mit zwei Einzelbetten an, haben ihren eigenen Zugang zu
ihrem Teil des Gartens (Garten der Birken und Garten der
Magnolien), mit Badezimmer und Dusche. Die Zimmer – eines
haben wir „die Birke“ und das andere „die
Magnolie“ genannt – sind möbliert mit
Möbeln aus der Famile Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts und
einladend und gastfreundlich dekoriert. Der Preis der Zimmer
beträgt 40 Euro pro Person und 65 Euro für zwei
Personen. Der Preis enthält einen umfangreichen Service. Die
Zimmer werden täglich geputzt. Die Handtücher werden
alle drei Tage gewechselt. Ein überdachter Parkplatz ist im
Preis mit inbegriffen. Auf den Zimmern ist das Rauchen nicht
gestattet. Das Frühstück, im Preis inklusive, wird
während der kalten Jahreszeit im geräumigen Wohnzimmer
neben dem Feuer des Kamins serviert. Während der warmen
Jahreszeit wird es auch draußen im Hof oder im Park
serviert. Das Frühstück umfasst: Kaffee, Tee, Milch,
Fruchtsäfte, Brot und Süsses aus der Umgebung,
Käse und Aufschnitt (Wurst, Schinken) aus der Umgebung,
Gemüse der jeweiligen Jahreszeit. Eine Vereinbarung mit dem
renommierten Agriturismo “Casa Molinara” in
Palestrina sichert den Gästen die Möglichkeit zu die
lokale Küche, von hoher Qualität und Köstlichkeit
für einen Preis von 28 Euro pro Person zu probieren. Das
Restaurant des Agriturismo ist von Donnerstag bis Sonntag
geöffnet, an den andren Tagen, auf Anfrage, können Sie
unsere hauseigene hervorragende Küche kosten (20 Euro pro
Person).

fait pour ceux qui voudront profiter des merveilles de Rome et du
charme de la campagne romaine, riche d’histoire, de
civilisation et de folklore. Pour ceux qui aiment se retrouver le
soir dans la paix d’une villa plongée dans la
verdure, et proposant deux chambres accueillantes et confortables
pour le repos des pensionnaires. Pour ceux qui, au réveil,
veulent jouir de leurs vacances après un
petit-déjeuner spectaculaire et varié. Pour ceux
qui, le soir, ont envie de savourer une excellente cuisine
régionale et simple. Pour tous ceux qui savent
qu’ils trouveront cela à un prix raisonnable. Les
deux chambres, grand lit et deux lits, ont une entrée
indépendante donnant sur leur portion de jardin (jardin
des bouleaux et jardin des magnolias), et une salle de bains avec
un vaste espace douche privatif. Les chambres - nous les avons
appelées l’une "les bouleaux" et l’autre " les
magnolias ", sont meublées avec des meubles de famille fin
19e et décorées pour être le plus
accueillante possible. Le prix des chambres est de 40 euros pour
une personne et de 65 euros pour deux personnes par nuit. Le prix
comprend un service complet. Le nettoyage des chambres est
quotidien. Le linge de bain est changé tous les trois
jours. Le parking couvert est compris dans le prix. Il est
interdit de fumer dans les chambres. Pendant la saison froide, le
petit-déjeuner, compris dans le prix, est servi dans un
grand salon à côté de la cheminée.
À la belle saison, en plein air dans la cour ou dans le
parc. Au petit-déjeuner, nous servons : café,
thé, lait, jus de fruit, pain et pâtisseries
locales, fromages et charcuteries locales, petits légumes
frais. Une convention spéciale avec le renommé
Agritourisme "Casa Molinara" de Palestrina permet aux
pensionnaires de goûter à une cuisine locale de
très grande qualité au prix conventionné de
28 euros par personne. Le restaurant de l'Agritourisme est ouvert
du jeudi au dimanche, et les autres jours, sur demande, vous
pourrez déguster notre excellente cuisine familiale (20
euros par personne).
