ENGLISH Newly built two floor villa, with a pleasant sea view. The villa has a nice porch and a beautiful garden and it is equipped with air conditioned. The windows of the bedrooms face the sea. In fact, the house is by the sea, just few metres and it is about 200 metres far from the centre of the village. There are a living room (with double sofa bed) with a large furnished veranda, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a small laundry room. Equipment: heating, air conditioned, washing machine, ironing board and iron, television, BBQ. Supplies: cutlery, sheets/towels (extra charge). Beds: up to 7. |
DEUTSCH Das neugebaute zweistöckige Haus ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben und verfügt über eine Terrasse, die mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet ist. Aus dem Balkon des Hauptschlafzimmers hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter von einem schönen Badestrand und etwa 200 Meter vom Dorfszentrum entfernt. Das Haus besteht aus: 1 Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch) mit Veranda, 2 Doppelzimmer, 1 Einzelzimmer, 1 Küche, 3 Badezimmer, 1 kleiner Wäscheraum.
