L'agriturismo Villa Giardinata sorge severo dai ruderi
dell’antico baglio Di Grazia, costruzione rurale del '700,
proprio al centro degli oliveti dell’omonima azienda
olearia, di conseguenza distante dalle case e dalle strade della
vicina contrada Chiesanuova di Valderice. Offre un servizio
qualitativamente non comune, classificato terza categoria riesce
a mantenere prezzi di categorie nettamente inferiori con un
rapporto qualità\prezzo pressoché imbattibile.
Garantisce la massima privacy ai suoi ospiti e la
possibilità di pernottare in un luogo incantevole oltre
che strategico per le escursioni; è infatti posizionato a
pari distanza tra la spiaggia di S.Vito e Marsala, nelle campagne
del trapanese a pochi minuti da Erice, ad appena 15 minuti dai
mari più belli. Dà la possibilità inoltre e
soprattutto di passeggiare per sentieri di campagna alla scoperta
della vera Sicilia. Le camere, curate nei dettagli, arredate in
arte povera, isolate acusticamente, rappresentano uno dei nostri
punti di forza per qualità e ricerca del vostro miglior
comfort. Dai letti in ferro battuto ai tendaggi d’organza,
tutto accompagnato da una dotazione davvero completa di tv al
plasma, frigobar, aria condizionata o pompe di calore per i
periodi invernali e ancora custodia valori in cassaforte,
solarium a vostra disposizione e tanto altro ancora. La
colazione, sempre abbondante, vi potrà essere servita in
camera se vorrete e vi sarà offerto ciò che
più gradite. La sveglia la mattina ( che difficilmente
chiederete…) o il quotidiano che più preferite sono
servizi forniti. Le toilette sono private e di nuova fattura,
phon, acqua calda, doccia, dotazione completa di saponi e cambio
giornaliero di biancheria sono il minimo che possiamo offrirvi.
Il giardino è un gioco sapientemente studiato di sentieri
e chiome ombrose, pavoni allo stato libero tra palme, cycas,
hibiscus e rose, fichi d’india e agrumi. Tre giardini sono
a vostra disposizione: il giardino della villa, il giardino
vecchio ed il giardino di zagara. Negli immobili pomeriggi di
Sicilia o nelle calde serate d’estate potrete scegliere il
vostro angolo, la panchina esposta alle rose piuttosto che al
profumo di gelsomino. Oppure passeggiare per gli uliveti o ancora
nelle reggie trazzere che conducono fin su al Monte Giambo dove
potrete godere dei tramonti più belli; un panorama
mozzafiato dalla baia di Cornino ad Erice fino a Marsala.... e
qualche vecchio racconta ancora che nelle terse giornate di un
tempo si scorgevano le coste dell’Africa.... Servizi a

The farm holidays “Villa
Giardinata” enjoys a dramatic setting over the ruins of the
Di Grazia farmhouse, right in the centre of the olive grove, and
consequently a long way from the streets and houses of the nearby
village of Chiesanuova di Valderice. A service of rare quality
and unbeatable value for money is offered: classified three star,
Villa Giardinata has nonetheless managed to keep its prices
– and only its prices – down to a level more
consistent with two star accommodation. Guests have the
opportunity of staying in an enchanting environment in which they
are assured the maximum privacy. Set in the countryside of the
Trapani region, a few minutes from Erice and just 15 minutes from
one of the most beautiful parts of the coast, the Villa
Giardinata is ideally placed for many excursions, being situated
half way between the beaches of S. Vito and Marsala. There are
also many footpaths in the surrounding countryside which offer
the possibility of discovering the real Sicily on foot The rooms
are furnished in simple rustic style and are sound-proofed; we
pride ourselves on high quality and attention to detail, ensuring
the greatest possible comfort for our guests. Traditional
furnishings, from the wrought iron bedsteads to organza curtains,
are complemented by a range of modern services such as plasma TV,
mini-bar and air conditioning, with heating provided in the
winter months. Safe deposit boxes and a solarium, as well as
other amenities, are also available. The abundant breakfast can
be served in your room if preferred. We can also provide other
services such as a wake-up call (however much you may not want
this!) or your favourite newspaper. All rooms have modern private
bathrooms with hair-dryer, hot water and shower; towels are
changed daily and a complete set of toiletries is provided. The
landscape is a harmonious interplay of winding footpaths and
shady groves, where peacocks roam freely amongst palms, cycas,
hibiscus and roses, where Barbary figs and citrus trees flourish.
Guests have the choice of three gardens: the villa garden, the
old garden and the orange blossom garden. In the still Sicilian
afternoons or the warm summer evenings you might like to take a
seat by the roses, or perhaps you would rather a background of
heady jasmine perfume. You may, instead, prefer to stroll amongst
the olive groves or along the ancient royal roads leading to the
top of Monte Giambo where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The breath-taking view encompasses the Bay of Cornino from Erice
to Marsala … and the old people say that in the limpid
days of long ago you could even see the coasts of Africa.
