Antica residenza privata recentemente ristrutturata con cura ed immersa nel verde tra palme ed ulivi. L’agriturismo è situato a meno di un chilometro dal mare e dal centro di Sant’Agata Militello con il suo castello, la spiaggia, il lungomare, il porto, punto di partenza per gite alle isole Eolie. Grazie alla sua ubicazione privilegiata, si possono raggiungere in breve tempo siti famosi quali Tindari, S.Marco d’Alunzio, il Parco dei Nebrodi, S.Stefano di Camastra, famosa per le ceramiche decorate, Capo d’Orlando, Taormina, Cefalu’.
Ricettività
Nove camere (di cui una per disabili) per quindici posti letto calde ed accoglienti, arredate con mobili siciliani, pavimenti in cotto, tutte panoramiche (con vista sulle isole Eolie) e dotate di ogni comfort: bagno privato, tv, aria condizionata/riscaldamento a garantire un'alta qualità del prodotto.

Old private residence,surrounded by green spaces and trees and situated in a quiet and panoramic site.Recently refurbished,elegantly and comfortably furnished, it can easily be reached by car or train. When the weather is fine food is served on a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the Eolian Isles on the horizon. Receptiveness It can provide accommodation for fifteen people in its nine bright bedrooms all fitted with air conditioning , private facilities, television, direct- dial telefhone. Typical Sicilian dishes can be tasted in its comfortable dining room. Environs It is less than a kilometre far from S.Agata , a townwhere you can admire the sixteenth century castle, the beach, the lovely promenade, the harbour ; base for wonderful trips to the Eolian Isle. It is also centrally situated for different kinds of tours : from here you can easily reach famous sites such as Tindari, S.Marco d’Alunzio, the Nebrodi natural park, S.Stefano di Camastra, famous for its decorated potteries, Capo d’Orlando, Taormina, Cefalu’.

Der alte Landsitz „Villa Luca“ wurde vor kurzem mit großer Sorgfalt renoviert und liegt mitten im Grün von Palmen und Olivenbäumen. Das Meer ist weniger als einen kilometer entfernt, ebenso das Zentrum von Sant`Agata Militello mit seiner Burg, der Strandpromenade, dem Strand, dem Hafen und der Anlegestelle für die Abfahrten zu den aeolischen Inseln. Dank seiner bevorzugten Lage können Sie in kurzer Zeit so berühmte Orte wie Tindari, S. Marco d`Alunzio,den Park von Nebrodi, S. Stefano di Camastra, bekannt für seine Keramikarbeiten, Kap d`Orlando, Taormina und Cefalu erreichen. Die Villa verfügt über 9 Zimmer (davon eines für Rollstuhlfahrer) mit insgesamt 15 Betten. Die Zimmer sind im sizilianischen Stil eingerichtet, mit Kachelfußboden, und gewähren einen Rundblick auf die aeolischen Inseln. Für den nötigen Komfort sorgen Bad, TV, Klimaanlage und Heizung. Das reichhaltige Frühstück wird im Restaurant angeboten, im Sommer auf der weiträumigen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Außerdem verfügt die Villa über einen schattigen Parkplatz, der nur den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.
