Il turismo rurale "Vino di Cana", è una nuova struttura
situata, in un'atmosfera surreale tra le colline e i più
suggestivi vigneti di Sicilia, all'interno del Parco dell' Etna e
a pochi chilometri dalla Riserva Naturale Orientata del Simeto.
Il nostro amore per l'ambiente, ma soprattutto per la sua
salvaguardia, ci ha portato, qualche anno fa, a cambiare
radicalmente la nostra vita, abbandonando la città per la
campagna. Abbiamo acquistato questa vecchia masseria, ed anno
dopo anno l'abbiamo rimessa in piedi ricavandone quindici posti
letto e adattando il palmento a ristorante. Abbiamo cercato in
ogni fase della ristrutturazione di utilizzare prodotti con il
più basso impatto ambientale con l'obbiettivo di rinnovare
lo spazio senza stravolgere minimamente il paesaggio e l'ambiente
circostante, cercando di rendere questo luogo semplice e
ospitale, ricreando l'antico spirito dei casali siciliani, sempre
ricchi di vita ed operosità. Un'altra iniziativa, da noi
molto sentita, sono i laboratori d'artigianato che abbiamo
iniziato ad organizzare proprio per inserirli in un apposito
"pacchetto" da offrire ai nostri ospiti, che potranno così
usufruire di un soggiorno stimolante e volto sia al relax che
all'interazione con la natura che ci circonda. Tra le altre cose,
proponiamo escursioni guidate sull'Etna, escursioni a cavallo e
in bici pensate proprio per conoscere e toccare con mano quello
che il nostro vulcano ed suoi boschi sanno offrire.

"Vino di Cana" rural tourism is a new structure, located among
the most beautiful Sicilian vineyards inside the Etna Park, few
kilometres away from the Oriented Nature Reserve of Simeto river,
in the surreal atmosphere of its lava hills. Our love for the
environment and its safeguard made us, some years ago, to
radically change our live moving from town to the countryside. We
bought this old country house which we renovated year after year
and which may now sleep up to 15 persons, with a millstone we
adapted into a charming restaurant. We tried, in each step of our
renovation works, to use low environmental impact products with
the aim of renovating the space and a special care not to change
the landscape and the environment in which we are operating. We
tried to make this place simple and friendly by recreating the
spirit of the ancient Sicilian farmhouses, always filled with
life and activity. Another very much felt by us initiative deals
with our crafts workshops that we started organising and
including in an ad hoc package to offer to our guests, so to give
them an exciting and stimulating stay aiming at the same time at
relaxing and interacting with the surrounding nature. Among the
other things we propose guided excursions, horse riding and
biking in Mount Etna, especially conceived to know and directly
experience what Etna and her nature are able to offer.

Le tourisme rural "Vino di Cana", est une nouvelle structure
située dans une atmosphère surréelle au
milieu des collines et des plus beaux vignobles du Parc de
l'Etna, à quelques kilomètres de la Réserve
Naturelle Orientée du fleuve Simeto. Notre amour envers
l'environnement et surtout notre désir de le sauvegarder
nous a amené il y a quelques années à
changer radicalement notre vie, en quittant la ville pour la
campagne. Nous avons donc acheté cette ferme que nous
avons peu à peu rénovée et restaurée.
La ferme peut aujourd'hui loger jusqu'à quinze personnes
et son meule à vin a été renouvelé et
adapté à restaurant. Dans toutes les phases de la
restructuration nous nous sommes efforcés d'utiliser des
produits à l'impact environnemental très bas, dans
le but de réaménager l'espace sans toutefois
dénaturer le paysage et l'environnement. Nous avons
essayé de rendre cet endroit simple et accueillant et de
faire revivre l'ancien esprit des vieilles fermes siciliennes
fourmillant de vie et d'activité. Une autre initiative,
qui nous tient très à cœur, est
constituée par les ateliers d'artisanat que nous avons
commencé à organiser dans les but de les inclure
dans un "paquet" ad hoc pour pouvoir offrir à nos
hôtes un séjour stimulant visant en même temps
au relax et à l'interaction avec la nature qui nous
entoure. Nous proposons entre outre des excursions guidées
sur l'Etna, des excursions à cheval et en vélo
conçues spécialement pour connaitre et toucher de
la main ce que notre volcan et ses forêts savent offrir.
