Villa Zottopera è una antica Villa del '700-800 circondata da uliveti secolari da cui si ottiene un rinomato olio. Dotata di una elegante zona giardino-piscina, la villa si trova nella campagna di Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG) al centro di un vasto territorio di notevole interesse artistico-culturale: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Agrigento, Siracusa, Noto, Caltagirone, ecc.. :: Potrete gustare una semplice e saporita cucina del contadino e soggiornare in suggestive e comode suite-appartamento. L’insieme della Villa, con il suo antico caseggiato e baglio siciliano, la chiesetta, il giardino con i colonnati, la piscina, fa rivivere, specialmente la sera, momenti indimenticabili di una suggestiva e poetica atmosfera, in un clima familiare e semplice, grazie al numero esiguo di ospiti e alla nostra discreta ma attenta compagnia.

Villa Zottopera is an old 17th-18th century villa surrounded by century old olive trees from which a renowned oil is obtained. The villa has an elegant area with garden and swimming pool and it is located in the countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG) in a place that is interesting for its art and culture: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Agrigento, Siracusa, Noto, Caltagirone, etc. :: Guests can taste the simple and tasty dishes of the local farmer and stay in suggestive comfortable suite-flats. The Villa with the old buildings adjoining it and the Sicilian courtyard (baglio), the little church, the garden, the swimming pool, give an unforgettable moment of suggestive and poetic atmosphere, as well as a simple and friendly climate, thanks to the small number of guests and to our discrete company and careful service.

Villa Zottopera, eine alte Villa aus dem 18. - 19. Jahrhundert, befindet sich zwischen jahrhunderte alten Olivenhainen aus denen ein renommiertes Öl gewonnen wird. Die Villa verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten mit Swimmingpool. Sie befindet sich in der schönen Landschaft von Chiaramonte Gulfi (Ragusa), in einer Region von großer künstlerischer und kultureller Bedeutung, nahe den Städten Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Agrigent, Syrakus, Noto, Caltagirone u.s.w. :: In der Villa Zottopera kann man die gute “Hausmannskost” genießen und in bezaubernden gemütlichen Suiten wohnen. In der gesamten Anlage der Villa, mit den schönen alten Häusern, dem sizilianischem. Hof ("baglio"), der kleinen reizenden Kirche, dem Garten mit Säulen und dem Swimmingpool können die Gäste - deren Anzahl immer begrenzt ist - in einer malerischen und poetischen Atmosphäre unvergeßliche Augenblicke erleben, Dank auch der diskreten aber stets aufmerksamen Fürsorge der Gastgeber.

Villa Zottopera est une ancienne Villa du 18ème - 19ème siècle, au coeur d' oliviers séculaires à partir desquels on produit une huile renommée.L'ensemble de la Villa,avec son ancien bâtiment et le" baglio siciliano ", la chapelle, le jardin orné de colonnes fait revivre les instants inoubliables d'un lieu sug- gestif e poétique;cela est possible dans une ambiance familiale qui se crée étant donné le nombre restreint d' hôtes, ou tout simple- ment, grâce à notre compagnie discrète et prévenante. Nous organisons pour nos hôtes des cours de dégustation de courte durée sur la dégus- tation d' huile d' olive ainsi que des cours sur la préparation de produits typiques de la cuisine sicilienne. L' édifice comprend une vieille meule, le pres- soir et ses anciennes cuves à huile en plus du nouvel atelier. Sur demande, il est possible de déguster, dans notre petite salle- restaurant, la cuisinesimple et naturelle" del contadino " (déjeuner ou dîner). La structure possède en plus un terrain de tennis, de foot, une piscine avecsolarium et des bicyclettes ou des chevaux pour vos promenades . A partir de l'ancienne cour sur le " baglio ", on a obtenu 4 suites indépendantes, confortables et raffinées, qui conservent encore les éléments caractéristiques de leur construction et la décoration d' autrefois .Elles sont toutes dotées de l' air conditionné et d'une véranda individuelle.
